After watching this movie, went to the restroom and as I walked to the sink to wash my hands, a lady asked if anyone had just seen Left Behind. I said I did! She was BEAMING as she said at the end of the movie, her husband of 8 years prayed to receive Christ! Hallelujah!! Neither of them will be left behind!

"It's still so easy to dismiss it, even though we saw it with our own eyes" what a great line. Indeed, we are so easily swayed even when it's right in front of us. Finish the race, saints, be strong; it's nearly over.

My only concern with this trailer is the quote, "Cause I asked God to leave me behind." I just wrote a blog about that very thing only a few days ago. Asking God to leave us behind to help evangelize the world is the same as saying that we don't trust that God has everything under control... that somehow our presence is necessary to continue spreading the salvation message after the Rapture. If that were true, then the Rapture wouldn't be necessary. We could all just stay to evangelize the world. But that's not what God has planned. God is preparing 144,000 converted Jewish evangelists PLUS He's sending the Two Witnesses. Yes, with our limited human intellect, it may seem logical to ask that we be left behind, but we're not thinking as God thinks. We think small. God has a wedding feast planned for us, and for us to say, "You know what, Father? I think I can be better used here on earth during the Tribulation, so thanks, but no thanks." Really? I know that the line is taken completely out of context, so I'm going to wait to see the movie before I make any judgments.

Oh wow!! They’re actually doing it!! I hope they do the whole saga up to “Glorious Appearing”.

I will trust in Jesus even though I’m struggling, I will never lose hope. Jesus is the only light in this world. I pray God will continue to protect me and my children. As a single mother things are difficult on me. My husband passed years ago I’m alone. I’m overwhelmed at times because both of my children are autistic. I’m struggling trying to support them and myself because like so many others. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back to the hospital but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid. I’m waitressing and I’m so thankful to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, but prayers are all we need. Thankfully God gives me strength to keep going. I have faith God will provide. He HAS THIS FAR. WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE! Please pray for me and my children.

And here I was JUST 10 MINUTES AGO telling my wife that I wanted to revisit the Left Behind movie because it's getting more real than ever before. Perfect timing! Our human life is but a vapor, a morning mist. It's hear and it's gone. But when we die, we go to ONE of only TWO places. Jesus died that and gave us free will so we could either choose to repent and accept HIM as both LORD and SAVIOR or to choose ourselves as LORD. We must al choose. Like Joshua who said, "Choose you this day whom you will serve. As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD!"

A friend went to see this movie tonight. She said it was really good. Interestingly enough, there is no billboard to advertise the movie like other movies are. I am going to see it tomorrow

I thought the protagonist was Chris Pratt there for a sec. Looks good! God help us. We all know the times we're in and need you Jesus. Please have mercy on us and our families. Stay with us like you promised; even till the end of this earth. Amen ❤️

If it wasn't for a series of events that led me to "find" the Left Behind book (4th book in the series), I might never have been saved/born again. Those series of events was anything but fun, the worst time of my life, but I am so glad they happened!

This is, what, the 3rd time this book has been adapted? 3rd times the charm! Well done. No cheese here. It’s suspenseful, and drama filled. I enjoyed it.

I watched the movie, it was so awesome. I am a Christian but it made me reaffirm my belief in the Lord.

Cannot wait for the Lord Jesus Christ to come and finally take us home. As it is said "The Day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and its works will be laid bare. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ." Thanks to Jesus Christ for still offering this opportunity to mankind to receive forgiveness from God, because of what you did on the cross, and then rose up on the third day to go to the Father and prepare a place for us, so we may be taken there as well! So beautiful is the work of Christ that I cannot wait for this to finally happen.

All I can say is that if I were someone looking for or being drawn to Christ, someone curious, someone searching, someone convicted internally but confused and came here. I would be worse off. Please consider that there may be souls coming to read your comments that want to truly be saved. If we are arguing agmonst ourselves in this platform then truly tell me, what did we accomplish?

It’s such a relief to see a new Christian eschatological film that doesn’t look like a high school film project. I am a big fan of the left behind film series, I remember watching the original three when they came out and I was disappointed when they decided to cancel the original film series after the third one. I hope they actually manage to get enough sequels to cover the entire book of revelations. I think Kevin Sorbo did a fantastic job with this film, I’m sure any sequel he makes will be just as good. Here’s my review Pros: - Great acting by everyone -For the most part it’s biblically accurate -Great choreography -Despite not having a big budget, the film looks good enough that it could be a TV series - Covers a lot of the book of revelations -Great messages throughout the film -The Buck character is interesting because he is a morally good character but is only able to piece things together when realizes that the Bible is true. Cons: -The world doesn’t look dystopian enough, even though the “AC” doesn’t have full control of the world in this movie, a post rapture world should look a lot more gloomy and frightening. -The main antagonist has superpowers for some reason. The problem with the Nicholai Carpathia character is that he has superpowers, his only power should be his charisma which allows him to acquire totalitarian control of the world because he is only the “AC” not a demonic entity. Overall I give this movie an 8.9/10.

Huge fan of the Left Behind movies. And even own the trilogy. This version looks like it's going to be great with cast it has.

I hope for a digital release soon. I am in a wheelchair and could not get anyone to take me. There must be others of us who aren't able to just jump in our car and go to the theater.

Shame we lost the original cast, but it's not a problem, it makes sense given the gap between the first film and this one. Kevin Sorbo is great though, excited to see this.

I honestly hope this is really good. I'm a devout Christian, but trying to get a good Left Behind movie is kind of like trying to get a good Resident Evil adaptation: Lots of false starts with consistently diminishing returns.

They're are a few inaccuracies here. One is the fact that the pastor said "he was left behind because he told God to leave him behind." When the Rapture happens God will leave no Christians behind. No matter if you plead with him about it or not. And most importantly it would be insanity to even ask God that. No one left behind is gaurneteed to live 30 seconds in the tribulation. There's no gaurnetee you would survive the beginning let alone the full 7 years. And 2- a second vanishing? There is no secound vanishing. There is one Rapture and it happens before the tribulation starts. And at the end of the tribulation Jesus descends to earth to end the battle at armageddon and defeat the Anti-Christ.

we'll sure miss K. Cameron. However we know Kevin and this new crew will work under the Holy Spirit guidance as well.

On 12/31 I had an extremely vivid Left Behind Rapture Dream. I was standing in a parking lot outside of some tiny little church and there were 2 little girls that suddenly shot up into the air. I was so excited that I was about to be raptured, but then I looked up into the sky and I could see people from all over the world flying across the sky from left to right. We could hear them expressing utter joy and laughter. Everyone on the ground didn't say a single word but we were all just looking up in total shock. Those people around me didn't know Anything about the Rapture or they were always taught by the church that it would not happen during their lifetime, or there was only a mid-trib rapture. As the moments turned into minutes I started to realize that I was a Foolish Virgin. Ever since the Revelation 12 Sign, back in September 2017 I have been anticipating the Rapture to happen almost every single month for over 5 years now. I even quit my job and have been living as a minimalist off of my 401K. The Lord showed me through this dream, that I have been out of Oil since Dec 15th; when I was about to drive out of state for a week to spend alone time just reading my Bible and praying. My Pastor called me up and was yelling and screaming at me because he found out that I had just bought a Menorah for Hanukkah, because I don't celebrate Xmas. He quoted off a ton of scriptures to show me that my soul was now in jeopardy by my trampoline everything that Christ did to bring in a New Covenant. He said by me now trying to observe a single Jewish traditions, I now must observe all 613 perfectly! He wouldn't let me talk or explain that I don't observe Hanukkah the way that the Jewish people do. I'm sure they have a very specific way that they light the candles, certain prayers that they say, and scriptures that they read, songs that they sing, etc. I don't know about that, I simply read through 40 New Testament verses regarding the LIGHT of Christ shining through our TEMPLE. I try to forgive him several times a day every day... which only confirms that I still haven't completely forgiven him. I've been back in town for over a week now but I haven't let anyone from my little church know that. The Pastor has turned the whole church against me so I know that if I were to go back I would have a whole list of others that I would need to forgive as well. So because I do not want to be left behind I am not going to go back to that church that is filled with gossip and backbiting. We're just too close to let any relationship take us to Hell. The most terrifying verse to me this year has been Romans 11:25: I don't want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited. Israel has experienced a hardening in part UNTIL the full number of the Gentiles has come in. So the moral of the story is if we do not forgive others of their sins, your Father in Heaven will not forgive us of our sins! “I asked God to leave me behind” is a biblical error. No one who truly belongs to Christ will be left behind. It’s entertainment for me and that’s it.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Tell me where in the Bible does it say that there is going to be pre-tribulation rapture ?

Without context the line "I asked God to leave me behind" is troubling. I'll reserve judgement until I see the context of the statement. In the Left Behind book Bruce Barnes was a pastor living in sin at the time of rapture. His wife was taken but he was looking at pornography during the rapture. Therefore the statement "I asked God to leave me behind" could be a snippet of the larger conversation taking responsibility for the consequences of his life at the rapture. If we who profess to be Christians but are living in sin are left behind it's because in effect we "ask" God to leave us to face the tribulation period because we know it's coming and we choose to sin anyway.

We are in the world of the end I believe, please pay attention to everyday signs of the next event on the prohectic calendar - the rapture. God is good!!!!!

I will throw something in here that may be of interest to the “undecideds” who don’t get swayed by evangelism. It’s SO well written. Making the connections with governments and conspiracies. Great suspense and action that can compete with the Bourne movies. If that’s YOUR kind of movie, this won’t disappoint. If it sways your attitudes about religion, absolutely great. If NOT, this is good enough it will at least stick in your mind for a good long while. Maybe get you asking questions as it did this old agnostic, which are questions I’m grateful for.
