Siddharth Warrier is an expert neurologist who runs his own podcast and KZfaq channel from the ABCs of neuroscience to the most complex phenomenon. Subscribe here: / siddharthwarrier

Don't worry about the algorithm buddy. Keep getting smart people who add value to your listener's lives and eventually you'll get the rewards. People listen to Joe Rogan's 3hr+ podcasts as well, so this is completely palatable and even desirable for that sort of listener. Thanks for the good work 🙏

For me being overly empathetic is so much stressful. Like people around me don't give 2 fucks and here I am just thinking there must be some reason why they are like this or why they behave like this.Sometimes it feels like I am just cheating myself by not seeing someone as they are 🙂

Hour of Need!! Hello Ranveer Allahbadia @BeerBiceps, I'm regularly follow you. If you love Hindu Dharma, You should make a separate video/interview on @आचार्य प्रशान्त - Acharya Prashant to introduce his teachings and the real meaning of Dharma and make him help in his mission and his ongoing events "Advaita mahotsav Rishikesh". You have already made videos with Guru Gopal Das and many others. Now it's time to talk with Acharya ji and help him to share his mission. It would be your most eye opening/learning video for both you and us. This would be most blessings for your fans if you introduce acharya ji with us.

I do agree because of attention spans of millennials short 45 minutes podcasts will get more impressions but the current format of ~90 minutes are like a educational marterclass for me, which I absolutely love. I really hope in the near future people start seeing the benefit of long form education contents. Thanks for the lovely episode TRS team and Dr. Sid, I eagerly wait for Tuesday, Friday & Saturday night to listen to TRS, so much that it has become part of my routine.

Being a OCD patient i love this podcast. Every single word that sid sir spoke about gave me goosebumps. I am still on SRI'S ( Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors ) to increase my serotonin level. Just wanted to say that mental health is waay more dangerous than physical health, you are in constant fear 24/7 and the worst part is you'll not find the right doctor who will guide you so that you can live your life normally. Still searching a good doctor so that i can live calmly. If you think someone in your family or in your surrounding is going through this horrible stuffs than please try to treat them nicely and keep them happy and take them to a good psychiatrist if you can.

As a sapiosexual person I just realised that I am in love with Dr Sid Warrior. I have seen all his content online especially the Depression episode with Tanmay Bhatt. I am on antidepressants as my brain doesn’t produce the serotonin as it should. I have seen the lowest low when I was not functional but that one little ray of hope are reaching out to psychiatrist have helped me. I have immense respect for life and only one ray of light is enough to pull yourself from the darkness. Now I am doing better. But yes the way Dr Sid approaches things is just amazing. Lots of love ❤

"Oh wow...this was one of the synchronicities at it's very best...The mention of Conversations with God, was one of the very first books that I had read before I got out of an emotionally and mentally claustrophobic marriage...I had called it the light to my soul, had even shared it with someone I love dearly.... And then the mention of playing the game--as you and not as Siddharth, brought back my own personal mini conversation with God..where in my head I had this particular conversation with Krishna (of Bhagwadgita), while driving on my way to my work place, and I kind of felt his presence in the seat besides me, smiling cockily...and I said, "What. What makes you smile like that?" and the reply came "You, everything...". I was quite and he asked, "You don't really like me, do you?"...to which I replied, "Well, you are very Chalu"....and pat came the reply, again with that cocky smile. "Ok, Mein chalu hoon, is liye shayad duniya chalu hain"...to which I enquired, "Toh are you saying ki Chalu logo ko wajah se yeh duniya chalu hain ?"; and he said, "Shayad, par kuch toh chalu rehna zaroori hain...tum kya soochti ho is ka haaq tumhara hain aur us sooch ko bhi badalnae ya nahi badalnae ka haaq tumhara hain...". Thinking on that I asked, "Toh Buddha kaun ?"...the answer came with one of the best smiles ever, "Buddh woh jis ko yeh game khelna aa gaya, infinity ke liye". I'm so so delighted to hear words like:- SPECTRUM, NUANCES...and the reinforcement of the fact that most of us are stuck in Black and White thinking...for firstly it's easier and secondly we've also been educated/programmed to think like that. WOW...so profound...that everything negative has a positive side and every positive has a negative..."I personally call it as Counter-balancing forces, which actually makes everything Whole, Integrated and Complete". Love you talking about Yoga Nidra. Would someday love to interact with Dr.Sid Warrior. Thank you for this conversation 😊

The whole body reacts to your thinking and just obeys the super master which has the ability to perceive everything the way it wants and not the way it is presented in the world. You get to choose. Last part of the episode was great. I loved what you both discussed. Honest heart to heart conversation. Whenever there's a longer episode... That's where's the main context perceives upon that topic.. And talking about neuroscience requires time to make sense to an individual.

Finished watching this podcast just now & OMG Ranveer, You are just Improving with every single episode !! Keep it up. I've watched the other 2 episodes with Dr. Sid & I'm lacking words to appreciate him. He's making neurology so much interesting & simplified for all of us. I actually never thought it would turn out so interesting. Thank you so much for all the amazing, powerpacked episodes. Also, I would love the podcasts to be long & deep, as you said it's like reading a Book. So, it's fun when an interesting book (like Dr. Sid) lasts longer.

Oh my holy God. This is one of the most insightful podcasts I've come across about human relationships and the relationship we have with ourselves. Have been listening to your podcasts for a while now but listening to this my soul is screaming this is the stuff I want to hear more about. Such a simplified podcast. Love it.

Dr sid is an awesome person to listen to. I have learned so much about Neuroscience including anatomy of the brain and disorders after following him for last year or so. Ranveer asks very relevant questions and tries to cover a lot of topics without going astray

One of the best conversation I have heard for self awareness! It has been beautifully put how the chemicals and hormones of our brain represent our personality and behavior. Only when you try to change yourself you realise how difficult it is to do so. After that you would never ever try to change or have unrealistic expectations from anyone. Understand the person and accept him or her. That's it! That will give you ultimate peace.

I listen to them while I'm gymming and I actually look forward to gym not only because of the adrenaline rush that I get post working out my body, but also because I know that I am gonna listen to something that's going to give some workout to my brain as well.

Great conversation. Thanks to you both for putting out so much knowledge. It just boosted my serotonin levels😅.This sessions especially with Dr. Sid are like directions for one's own pathway. It's like talking to more mature friends & taking pieces out of their story as advice.....just like learning from other's experiences. Also this long podcast is good to hear for its unrestricted, natural flow & feels like complete conversation. Best wishes😀👍.

Hi Ranveer, if you're reading this. I want to consult Dr. Warrier, but i see that he only has his clinic in Mumbai, and to be honest I cannot afford the same the moment. Your videos are really helping me understand alot of things about my brain. In you next video with him, could you also talk about late diagnosis of ADHD in adults and how to cope up

Thankyouuuu so much Ranveer and your team. You really make extraordinary podcasts. I am usually not a fan of long KZfaq videos but I cannot stop watching your podcasts. You come up with such intellectual and interesting people around the world and listening to their perception of life is soo incredible. I hope you grow till the sky (and me too, working really hard on my Ph.D.) but please please don't stop making such videos.

So recently i came across a bad breakupish phase and ofc i realised my sets of issues BUT i also realised till date all my focus was NoT on me! Secondly, I did the best thing! Spoke to younger and older monks here in Mumbai! And just 30 mins of talking and they charted my biggest issues and some stuff i didn't even know( free therapy lol) and my actual Acharya( head monk) told me this : " Ki tujhr pata hai vo table fragile hai fir bhi uspe soyega। and jab tootega vo table tab royega toh murkh kon hai? Vaise sansaar ke most relations swarth ( very less are atmik Kalyan levels) toh fir inn sab pe over attached ya over expect karke murkhta kon karra" And that HIT me left, right center
