thank you. I am finding these lessons really helpful combined with actual music lessons. I'm just up to learning to play all the patterns. I already know music theory from other instruments so seeing the practical application of it used in your patterns is really useful "learning" how to apply the theory to the keyboard. I have watched quite a few of your tutes and am subscribed. You make it so unintimidating and so obvious that all I have to do is...just do it...a lots of times. :) cheers

Thank you Josef, it sure is going to make me enjoy piano playing and that is just what I want. It won’t be easy for a fresh beginner like me at 63 but then it will be fun trying to get the hang of it and may be someday master it enough to enjoy it enormously. Thank you. If I ever feel I can be good at it, the first thing I am going to do is buy your practice plan. Keeping my fingers crossed.

love these videos I'm a beginner it helps getting the fingers moving scales and chords are boring and repetitive..this helps build up that dexterity while learning the the notes: comment for other viewers: This works well using other scales not just the C major throw in some black keys in there to exercise the fingers.. print them out and mark them up!

Yeh Josef, another great sequence to adlib around, actually you can use it as an intro to a good ballad vary the tempo and stick a big fat 7th or 9th at the end to lead into your song. Great

Fantastic! You seem a very patient teacher. Could you use the Italian note names sometimes in your explanations? Do, re, mi ... for Spaniards, Italians. Would help us a lot... Your English is quite clear for non- English speakers. I get the same feeling when I improvise, a sort of pleasure and happiness. Bravo. New student.

It would really be nice if you showed letters instead of just saying them. You go too fast for me. I can't get the Oder as fast as you say them. If you showed them I would also have a visual memory. Now when I stop the video I have nothing to practice because I didn't hear. If you showed Them, when I stop video I would know what to practice. Please try that for future videos when you move too fast for learners.

Thats definitely something I can consider. There is the white space between the keys and the top layer which is perfect to put some text in. my only issue is its time consuming in editing. But for certain videos and where appropriate I agree it would enhance the video. thx for the feedback.
