Are we allowed to make a U-turn on all roads on an intersection unless stated no-U Turn allowable?

How many times can we go back and forth on driveway to make a U Turn? Is it OK to make different manuevers to end up making a U turn or has it to be done in one go?

Hi there, very curious about the U turn displayed in the video; what happens if while you are in the process of the U turn you decide that you have to wait for incoming traffic and whilst waiting in the middle of the street more traffic from the opposite direction comes, potentially creating a dangerous situation? Thanks for your help. 😉

If you are waiting in the middle to give way to the opposite direction (while making a U-turn) it would be exactly the same as if you are turning right, so everyone that comes from behind will have to wait for you. So, no dangerous situation, nobody behind you will have priority (except emergency vehicles). Imagine that you are travelling straight ahead and someone is turning right in front of you, you would never beep them to clear the way, because they go first (unless you can overtake them on the left)

When you reverse into the driveway, do you need to end up on the left hand side of the driveway or it doesn't matter?

It doesn't matter because you are transiting, not parking. It's best to aim in the middle of the driveway.

I did the left something behind exercise in the same intersection with stop signs. I did stop on the left lane with stop sign on the intersection, then in did the U turn and as you did I drove the car slowly and made the U turn. However, the assessor failed me for not stopping on the U-turn where the stop sign was on the opposite road as you also did it stop there but drove on. The stop sign was on facing from the left side of the road and it is unnoticeable but he told me there is a line for stop on the road while doing the U-turn. Can you please advise me

You have to stop at a stop sign regardless of the nature of manouevre. First stop on the line and then continue.
