June is also men's mental health awareness month (men are overrepresented in suicide, homicide, loneliness and alienation, parental alienation, etc. etc). But 'pride month'... way more important apparently. How many of us are even aware that June is also men's mental health awareness month? I'm a math professor at a Community College. They also made sure to make a big deal out of 'pride month' at my college. Men's mental health awareness... not a single word about that. That's not just my college; that's the university system in general (your tax dollars at work).
