Sky News host Rita Panahi reacts to Talk TV host Julia Hartley-Brewer refusing to “pander” to her non-binary guest by refusing to use her ‘they/them’ pronouns.
Before the interview started, journalist Shivani Dave told the Talk TV host her correct pronouns and asked to be referred to as “they/them”.
Ms Brewer said she would instead use correct grammar and refused to refer to her as “they/them”.
“You didn’t need to tell me, did you?” the Talk TV host said.
The interviewee claimed she was a “very special” non-binary trans person.
“Oh love, you aren’t special, you're just a giant irritating pain in the butt,” Ms Panahi said.

@@inkygoat4315 in my entire life I have never read "they" to refer a single person on any english book. Not even on modern english or old-fashioned english. The closest word to THEY i've read is "thy" that was used as "your" making it singular or plural depending on the context of the phrase.

I read nearly daily and just opened my book to check and low and behold it had a they/them pronoun as singular (book was published in 1965). Here's a day to day example: "Oh someone left THEIR umbrella, we should return it to THEM". Old use of they/them as a singular pronoun example: 1. The Bible itself, although many copies of it exist MANY of them use they/them in both singular and plural contexts, example "So likewise shall my heauenly Father doe also vnto you, if yee from your hearts forgiue not euery one his brother their trespasses." 2. Many authors have used it as well, you probably know Jane Austen, and she wrote "I would have everybody marry if they can do it properly" from Mansfield Park (1814) The oldest known singular they/them was apparently a medieval romance book from the 1300s, although I had to look that one up.

(Makes sense since while men find it annoying, especially since they blind swipe for their own sake, but men are going to put up with it for the chance with a woman no matter what. Women who are more liberal would actually quit the app if they put a fat filter or a trans filter, not ony quit but type on twitter about how and why they are quitting and how all their fellow followers must do the same as a means of protest until they change it back. The left mistakes everyone just nodding along as those who they rule. Hence the big surprise of 2016 when the silent majority spoke and for some reason Hillary didn't win even though all are projections said she had a 99% chance. Tolerance is not enough, they want absolute radical acceptance from everyone. And think they won it when people choose not to speak up. They truly should tread carefully. For I DO NOT want us to be just as radical but swung the other way to the right. Leftists use feminine style combat which works in the current culture war where no one is actually fighting for what they believe in. Not literally fighting. The most dangerous group are the young typical white man who has been told how they suck so much... how literally 95% of new hires in the last year have been woman as a mean to balance the sex ratio. They will continue to poke the bear and it will end badly. Because in a real political war, how are the lgbt type people and white woman who are afraid of guns going to do if shit gets real. All of them say no to the idea of the draft despite women having to sign up is not only equality but the road to equity. Like 10 Kyle Rittenhouse’s can beat 100 antifa members with ease. I really don't wanna see that play out. And I fear that if Trump wins, and believe me there is a good chance just like in 2016 when people said he could not win, it will trigger a storm of protests which will all come together and make a nation wide riot. Post election night day could be very dangerous. We will see. Because if their are thousands of protesters in your city alone fucking shit up there will surely be at least a few counter protesters who will shoot anyone who runs at them, will shoot people who are looting their stores. I mean that is what the Koreans did in LA during the LA Riots... look up the Roof Koreans. Was a bunch of shop owners who happened to be asian standing guard against waves of looters which happened to be fairly black. I mean we have seen the average color of the average protestor= white college girl. But the average protestor who will begin looting if a riot breaks out and "everyone else is doing it/you can't arrest us all." If you look at the people behind these lootings it is like 1 white person for every black person in the mugshots of the few who have been arrested.
