Don't listen to this guy tho, dumbbells can only get you so far (not very far). For ideal leg gains just use either heavy weight (squats) or machines, which are really great

Quick tip from experience. If you want to lose weight naturally like 1 kg of fat per month even without any exercise Do this . 1- cut the sugar “ any thing that contains “Manufactured sugar” 2- cut the “ processed foods and the Vegetable oil of any kind. Only use olive oil”organic “ 3- use natural salt it’s called Rocksalt or Himalayas salt 4- try to eat less white bread instead use the brown bread or the Italian bread the thing is it should be not Genetically modified flour . If you do that besides some cardio and resistance exercises in less than one month you’ll see a different person in the mirror Trust me 🔥🤝🏾
