Seated leg curls suck compared to prone leg curls. I just spent 4300 on a Life Fitness Axiom Leg Extension/Prone Leg Curl when I coulld have got the one that does leg extension and seated leg curl for a thousand less, but seated blows so I spent the extra money for the machine that converts to prone position. The seated variation just feels crappy and you are sitting on the muscle you are working, which sucks.
