Keep in mind, the Five stars are based on my needs for this item kzfaq.infoUgkxUHHotQRjIQnfuxEeVotlkHVYWH0DXZoS When I first bought the bike I was going to return it immediately. After trying it out for several days/weeks I came to realize it is actually perfect for WHY I bought it.This is not a workout, the resistance is, eh, it makes a bit of noise, not loud, and it isn’t very stable even with the mat. The mat certainly keeps the bike from sliding but nothing keeps the mat from sliding (if that makes any sense, lol). Mine is place on my hard wood floor. Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

What a great way to refashion an old school torture device. The hip abductor gave me the idea that I could use something like this to help stretch. Wasn't sure if they existed but I see they do. Nice

What’s the improvements in your flexibility and stretch after all these years? Still recommend it?
@LiftYourselfFitness
@LiftYourselfFitness 10 ай бұрын
I really recommend it because stretching without assistance can be challenging. I had to do without it for a while since I was doing some moving around and didn't have it with me, however i am getting back into the routine of using it. In gymnastics, it common to have a partner assist you with stretching. Think of this machine as your partner that will stretch and hold your legs in place.

I have the same model. I can get to 13 rotations and not much more so far. It's impressive to see this guy just head straight there. I also find it uncomfortable without shoes because my feet hang over the edge. It's not a big deal but I with the leg part was a bit longer

@@PartyChicken407, I don't use it regularly enough to make progress but I do use it to maintain what I have. I've also added to my stock of random torture devices with an inversion table. TBH I probably just need a girlfriend to stop me doing this shit 😃

Jonathan M It’s definitely something I have noticed and felt. The best way I have fixed this issue is to reach with your hands for your toes on the leg, or both legs, which have the pain. They just need to be stretched out and then slowly increase the stretch while reaching. To me it seemed like a plateau to push through.

I've tried out these machines, most of them are dangerous trash because they're designed by people with little knowledge of anatomy. Look at where they apply pressure: your knee ligaments. A leg stretcher has to apply force above the knee, not a single pound shall be exerted below the condyle. ,If you are young enough, you'll probably get knock knees and hock legs for the rest of your life before you even get to do the splits, it's insane.

@@LiftYourselfFitness Why?... do you think it takes 7 years to open completely?... if anything in 7 years it will remain elastic.😁
@fabiodortona2312
@fabiodortona2312 10 ай бұрын
@@timothybright7064 Unfortunately there is no specific time period. It depends subjectively on the "physicality" of the person, obviously on how the articulation of the hips and the musculature of the legs is positioned in itself, and mainly on the threshold of "pain" that is felt when pushing further.😊 On myself with a completely closed apparatus, initially I easily reached the first 15 revolutions, training every day after 5 days at the snap of the hips 17 revolutions feeling more flexible, after another 4 days 19 revolutions feeling my hips more elastic, I reached 19 revolutions on the apparatus completely closed after another 3 days I even easily reached 22/23 laps in "overspilts".💪🏻😊 In total on me 12 days, the tool is FANTASTIC to say the least, but (I repeat) there is not the same amount of time for everyone, on me the context may be different as I am a 15 year veteran of artistic gymnastics but for me it was very useful for Current cycling and kick boxing I'm doing.😊😉 I hope I've been exhaustive.😊

@@LiftYourselfFitness Isn't 180 when you split full? I mean like Jean Claude Van Damme? @@LiftYourselfFitness Now I'm thinking about it Jean-Claude Van Damme can also go beyond 180 degrees through chairs but I still do not know how he achieved it without this precious machine (unless he actually used it in the first place but he didn't ever say anything about his splits so we do not really know). Anyway I hope you get my point
