In my opinion that the large potion of her black magic stays in the prison world that's why when Josie came back to real world she looks normal. However, this black magic seeds a little potion in Josie into the real world and not like any kind of black magic before, this type of black magic replenishes itself quickly overtime as long as Josie willing for it to take over. Remember this black magic is over thousands years containing in samurai's sword in Japan to kill a powerful monster Oni, not anything like in "New Orleans". It's supernatural source itself it gives the user know the spells that no one knows before or even killing spells or turning humanity in vampires. So we don't know full potential of that black magic source can do yet. As long as there's still a little potion of this black magic source in Josie, it will replenish quickly and even more than before. It allows Josie to control people as her will recently similar to Delilah, so it's very powerful source and not that Hope can easily deal with with her power right now (especially she is not full tribrid yet).

Hope said Josie wasn't fighting either lol so they both arent fighting formal and yet Hope is still losing she's not as powerful. Shes special only in name her tri brid title holds no sway in actual battle so it seems.

Also it doesn't matter if she would not have a heart marcel didn't have one and came back... also we have seen protection spells in legacies too. Finally you can clearly see that 1) Hope was prepared for everything 2)she was not hirt when jossie go a clear shot on her and was perfectly fine 2 seconds later which indicates that she had a protection spell and 3) she wasn't even a bit afraid when jossie was levitating her and when she left her to fall

Hope was not stalling. Didn't you understand Hope's plan at all? She wanted to save Jossie and make sure noone hets hurt in the proccess. So she made Jossie think that everything was going as she wanted by losing to her, trcked her into believing she won the merge and got in her head. Then Jossie left and the school was safe

spalison.mp4 Bonnie was completely mistreated like I think, and it’s not just about Josie being strong enough to take down hope (which I don’t think, due to the fact that hope has already been introduced to us by the show(!) to be the strongest person alive). Like seriously she’s more than just a siphoner witch she doesn’t need to take the power from something rather is she herself the power. Also I wouldn’t want complete destruction caused by hope, we all saw how that ended, but at least give her more character in general. She hasn’t really been through character development, she was taken down in order to give Josie the spotlight. Hope was struggling so massively with controlling her powers in to but now she’s all of the sudden perfect in peace with herself. I don’t think the show should be all about hope being the main character overshadowing everyone else but for fs she’s not a punching bag, she’s a mikaelson, she could at least behave that way. I’m also including Hayley into this because she was a mikaelson too and would have never let anyone treat her that way. Hope became absolutely bland as a character, she’s a teenager with enormously power AND a really bad mental health family history. Instead there all up focusing on Josie and let Hope be called a basic witch. At this point I would love an outburst of power just to for once in this damn show become rightful make a statement on Hopes Powers. What point was five seasons of calling her the biggest threat the world has ever seen that will have a lot of problems controlling this outburst of power (Also btw confirmed by dahlia), just to make her weak and soft. She is no Bonnie due to the reason that she has a way more complicated history (after all there were always people chasing her for her big amount of “powers”). I’m really reading into this but I’m just utterly disappointed in how the show turned out idk.

Vee mistreated in who’s eyes? she wasn’t mistreated by the creators. she was mistreated by her friends. but she was a good person and did good things when SHE felt it necessary and when she needed to protect people close to her. she didn’t do them because she wanted some type of reward or praise from others which is what made her such a compelling character. yeah it would’ve been nice to get some appreciation sometimes but that’s not why she did what she did. just like me in real life, when i do something for someone and they don’t show appreciation i don’t not do it again. i do things because i believe it’s right.

I do not think it is heroism but a smart paln. Jossie was not going to leave if she didn't merge. And there is no way Hope wouldn't try to stop it. Jossie knew that. Hope made Jossie think that she won and that she merged so she just left. But the reality is that she only got a Hope mikaelson in her head😅

Both were holding back. Yes its pretty obvious, tribrid hope would wipe the floor here but, Dahlias level? Not even close. Dahlia was powerful because of augmented power spanning centuries. For her, even fighting the entire original family took little effort on her part, it's like when comparing the strongest witches. Hollow = Magic Potency Dahlia = Masterful knowledge Bonnie = Psychic and Adaptability Silas/ Qetsiyah = ultra willed Hope = the potential for all of the above However even now as an activated tribrid, she's not quite there yet. Dark josie was good. Hope is phenomenally strong right now Here in this scene not so much. But don't insult Dahlias character by comparing any of these to her. Even hope has a lot more to learn.

@@MattCollectorControl First of all Dark Josie wasn't holding back, secondly Malivore is a lot more powerful than Dahlia so Dark Josie having enough power to bend him to her will like the necromancer did later on in 3x4 might definitely put her at Dahlia level in terms of power but not skill or intelect of course and let's also note that Dahlia didn't necessarily fight the entire original family at once she fought a few of them with the white oak stake and a barrier around herself not to mention those were nerfed Mikealsons at that point, thirdly Hope is more powerful even without her vampire and warewolf side than both Dahlia and Inadu and the greatest witch to ever live so your statement is automatically false and judging by the fact that Josie was able to blast through an attack from Hope even remotely is saying a lot since Hope was born to be powerful enough to destroy Malivore who is litteraly a collection of dimensions and Dahlia hasn't done anything even remotely as impressive in terms of destructive power and fourthly I love Dahlia but Josie, Lizzie and Hope are better charecters than her so don't insult them like that. Malivore and Hope are much more powerful than any other tvd charecter.

Well, neither of those fights prove a thing. In this fight Hope wasnt trying ("your not even fighting back"-DJ) and in the No Humanity Hope vs Dark Jo fight, Jo clearly stated "oh I'm not here to fight you" if Dark Jo would have had her gaurd up that fight would have been so epic

@@nylam404 The Dark Josie we see in season 4 is radically weaker than this one, cause she isn't filled with black magic. The only reason Dark Josie had it going for her in season 2 was the black magic making her insanely powerful. So even if they did fight in season 4, she wouldn't be half as strong as she was originally.

But the battle was a distraction. Hope's plan was never to beat josie in a battle because they couldnt trap her anywhere. Hope's plan was to have the twins try to merge( her potion made sure that if lizzie won josie would be put in a coma and if josie won, like she did, the merge would have no effect)when they were trying to merge Hope got inside her head and eventually defeated the dark magic(helped josie understand she can control it)

I do not know about easily but Hope wanted to keep everyone safe. That couldn't happen if she battled jossie for real.
