i honestly blame everyone but hope for the path she’s going down. everyone around her constantly drills into her that she’s a weapon and that she’s just like klaus when she’s not. klaus could do all these things with his humanity on and be fine, hope require’s emotional liberty to carry out these acts. she limits herself because even she doesn’t yet understand her power and it’s at the point now where she turned it off to avoid emotional repercussions. but the super squad and the others created her, their treatment of hope is what’s recreating a pre-hope klaus mikaelson, except it’s hope herself.

She brought up how the pack needed her and I was like “Wait- Aren’t you the new girl? Why is the pack looking to the person who just found out about the supernatural world for advice?” But I’ve also skipped some side characters’ scenes because they were boring so maybe they did show her interacting with the pack and I just missed it.

I do not look at Lizzie as a weaker vampire. Hope literally just turned into a vampire not too long before this. And I don’t subscribe to the theory of her being a “stronger” vampire just based on the fact that she is klauses daughter. Since that has never been explained since it’s never been done before. So I personally think they are pretty even. The only thing hope has that Lizzie doesn’t is a werewolf side. But a werewolf bite doesn’t effect heretics.

Burningdaylighter Hope has the strength of an Original Hybrid (Klaus) from the beginning of her turn. Plus witch power like a heritic. And werewolf bites do effect Heritics. Kai just figured out a way around that. Doesn't mean that Lizzie knows that loophole yet.

Thats not completely true. Think about elena for example. She tried to kill Bonnie twice (Bonnie who was always her best friend unlike with Hope and Lizzie who hated each other for most of their lives). She also almost killed matt and caroline. Caroline tried to kill matt and tyler too

@@714KH the coven isn’t gone because Lizzie and Josie are alive and they are the remaining coven. The would have to merge to figure who was gonna be the leader.

@@714KH There was supposed to be more backstory to the merge. Josie thought it was not a chosen requirement but a cursed placed on the coven and the twins coming from that coven. But now the actress of Josie is gone so they may scratch that storyline. I mean Lizzie is not going to age so technically she will never be 22 so there's no need for the merge but also no leader for the cover.

Also if there is no new leader of the Gemini and one of the sisters die both would die. So if they happened to have children at that time anyone in the Gemini line would die out. This also includes Valerie as well assuming she's still technically a Gemini even though she was abandoned by her family. So to make a long point short, anything that happens to one without the leader happens to all. And if the leader were to die, all would die as well. So either way you roll it, you're eventually fucked.

I mean this show isn't just about Hope. It's about the twins too. The school was literally made for the twins so their storylines are just as important as Hope's. Even the side characters are important too. They all have integrated lives together and they all deserve a shot at their story being told. This whole show has been centered on Hope and her abilities, and her trauma, her turning into the Tribrid. Everyone claims that Hope isn't getting enough of a story when literally the entire show is centered around her. This show was made for the children of the characters we once loved. That includes all the ones that it doesn't center around. I for one am glad they are now making Lizzie a heretic. It might speed things up on figuring out what the merge is and the history behind it since there's a possibility that they won't have to merge now that Lizzie died. And for one this entire season has been about Hope so you should feel satisfied with that but then again some of you are never pleased despite the writers working their asses off to write this show for all of us who love The TVD universe. And no one expected Hope to kill Lizzie so it was actually a shock.

@@shataysianelson9414 the whole point of them not merging is to avoid the merge. Thats what Caroline and Alaric have fought against for years. And it wouldn't make sense for them to do the merge right now anyway. They aren't twenty two and they aren't ready. Just like with Hope they are trying to avoid their destiny which is the merge. And they explained pretty clearly why Josie left. The only way she can help Hope is if she isn't at the school having to save everyone's lives. Since Hope lost her humanity everyone's been depending on Josie and she can't do what they need her to do if they keep needing her to save them. I'm sure they will get around to doing the merge but as of right now at this point it's not needed

Damon and Elena don't have a daughter yet I believe. I think Julie Plec at one point said they will have children but they won't be apart of Legacies because they will be human. Neither Elena or Damon are supernatural anymore, from what Plec said so there would be no reason to bring in the Salvatore children of there are any. They haven't yet confirmed if there are.
