Fun fact chase and barricade actually turn into the same car. Granted one is a loose interperetation of said car, but it is still undeniably a mustang.

Chase is more of a Dodge Challenger than a Ford Mustang, Cliffjumper repaint incoming.

@@losetsuna no, it is very much a mustang. The bumper extrudes forward as opposed to the dodge challenger being I think recessed. Also the taillights are very clearly trying to be the mustang's 3 vertical lines, with the 4 vertical lines. Have you hyperanalyzed both the show and legacy toy designs quite as much as I have? If so, tell me one detail that proves that it leans more challenger than mustang. (I'm willing to accept its a mix, but unless you can adequately convince ke otherwise, it leans far more mustang than it does challenger.) Also, the lightbar is hard-tooled in, which practically negates the chance of his repaint being anyone that would change just that and the head.

@@jeremiahsacks2868 Dual front lights- challenger. Stretched back proportions- Challenger. Performance hood bulge- Challenger. Short squared roof in comparation to the body- Challenger. Drag five spoke wheels- Challenger. Short curved mirrors- Challenger. Taillights- Mustang. Lets see, the body of a Challenger with its front and back proportions and size, wheels and all around astetic and only a bit of the back looks like a Mustang. Also the fact that's an eventual remold of Cliffjumper. So yeah, could it also be an eventual Movieverse Barricade, sure. But you cant tell me that a car that looks like an Dodge Challenger Police Interceptor is a Saleen Mustang Police Car.

@@losetsuna fair point, but please refrain from using unconfirmed information as the basis for your claims.(cliffjumper retool) Also, can you try finding all that stuff on the show model, which was a lot more squat and round in comparison? However I can respect you for providing your evidence. I'll continue to call it a mustang but acknowledge that it is very partial to the challenger, at least on the legacy version. Tune in next time for when we decide on what specific vehicles the other three rescue bots are. Edit: by squat and round I mean that the care on the original toy as well as cartoon is a lot more squished and chibi-fied, as well as being a lot rounder. It still has the engine lump you used to confirm its challengerhood, but the streched rear proportions as well as the square roof/windshield section are entirely new to the legacy toy. Also the hood lump in the show is more of an air intake, and the show model even went to the extent of having the robot mode knees as visible details, in reference to the original toy.

I got my Bumblebee from Amazon, and due to Hasbro Quality Control™, my copy has two left [thighs] with the right one on backwards, which affects his leg going backwards. I should probably pop it off the mushroom peg and cut the (misplaced) plastic, but this seems to be one mushroom peg which isn't coming loose for once. (It's too far past the order to return it, if I wanted to go through returning online orders.) I also only recently discovered my 2010 Universe edition Blaster has two right fists. Neither of these affect the transformation, though

Painted clear plastic is just... pain. I can never not see the difference in color. I really wish they'd just cast in solid colors and paint the windshields any color... silver, gunmetal, light blue, whatever. Clear windows don't add any visual appeal and often you just see robot guts through them. Chase's isn't too bad. I had to pass on Bee. Definitely smashed on Windblade, though.

It's a shame you didn't review the the Infernak Magnius armorizer too. I really love mine. It's the closest we're going to get for updated official Rock Lord Figures. Especially since another company owns the right to the show, and with it the character names/likenesses. While Hasbro only has the toy rights [Cries in adult beverage 😢] Even if these are more based off a rock planet in the transformers universe more than the actual characters. I still like the Magnius figure and can't wait for the next one to release

Transparent plastic used for structural parts, nah. That’s a sad pass for me. Transparent plastic should only ever be used for accent and embedded parts.
