On 10 July, 1941, the Jewish population of Jedwabne, Poland, were rounded up and murdered. Over a thousand Jews were forced into a nearby barn which was doused with petrol and set on fire. Music was played to drown out their screams. For over 60 years, the Nazis were blamed for this pogrom. But new evidence proves residents carried out the massacre. This single revelation - that ordinary Poles willingly participated in the Shaoh - has proved the most shattering revelation confronting Polish society since the fall of communism. It further complicates our understanding of the Holocaust. Our documentary this week is a compelling and personal film exploring the legacy of this massacre.

It seems to me Poland is a nation with perfect history, perfect people. No wrongdoing by any Poles ever. Every time something comes out as anti Polish, pre or post WWII, the Poles always say it was someone else, and put all of the blame on Germans, Ukranians, Russians, Hungarians, Lithuanians, etc. etc. The Poles are always the victims and never perpetrators. It’s always lies and propaganda against Poles. I’m Russian, and Russia did horrible things in its history, but to pretend Poland is perfect and never did anything wrong ever, is just naive at the very least to put it nicely. But even in concentration camps, some CAPO were Jews. Or in the Getto's. It was WAR!!! In the wars, all lower human instincts appears. Everyone want to survive. Poland was attacked by Germans and Russians from both fronts. SS-Hauptsturmführer Wolfgang Birkner was investigated by prosecutors in West Germany in 1960 on suspicion of involvement in the massacres of Jews in Jedwabne, Radziłów, and Wąsosz in 1941. The charges were based on research by Szymon Datner, head of the Białystok branch of the Central Committee of Polish Jews (CŻKH). The German prosecutors found no hard evidence implicating Birkner, but in the course of their investigation they discovered a new German witness, the former SS Kreiskommissar of Łomża, who named the Gestapo paramilitary Einsatzgruppe B under SS-Obersturmführer Hermann Schaper as having been deployed in the area at the time of the pogroms. The methods used by Schaper's death squad in the Radziłów massacre were identical to those employed in Jedwabne only three days later, suggesting their specific involvement in that pogrom also. The evidence collected by the West Germans, including the positive identification of Schaper by witnesses from Łomża, Tykocin, and Radziłów, suggested that it was indeed Schaper's men who carried out the killings in those locations. Investigators also suspected, based on the similarity of the methods used to destroy the Jewish communities of Radziłów, Tykocin, Rutki, Zambrów, Jedwabne, Piątnica and Wizna between July and September 1941 that Schaper's men were the perpetrators.

Jedwabne was committed by Einsatzkommando led by Herman Schaper, who at gunpoint forced Christians to participate in this crime, which was a usual modus operandi in Eastern Poland in those days. Yet for some reason it is Poles who are being blamed. This movie is a prime example of antipolonism. Investigation into Jedwabne was halted due to the alleged religious rules of one specific minority. The truth will set us free.

Deliverance: the Diary of Michael Maik "Refugees from Jedwabne and Radzilow arrived in Sokoly, who were miraculously saved from death. They were first-hand witnesses to all the terrors of hell and felt the heat of hell on their flesh. With the help of local farmers, the Germans gathered the Jews of these places, with the rabbi and leaders of the community at the front, in the market square. At first, they beat them cruelly and forced them to wrap themselves in their tallitot, to jump and dance, accompanied by singing. All this was done under an unceasing flood of lashes from cudgels and rubber whips. At the end, they pushed all the Jews, while beating and kicking them, into a long threshing house and set it on fire with them inside. This was the end of Jedwabne"

What is the Jewish concept of truth? Rabbi Eliyahu Dessler redefined "truth" to mean any statement which serves God and "falsehood" to mean any statement that harms God's interests. So, one can assume as truth every statement which is allowrf by any rabbi. Even, when two rabbies speak out cantradictory theories, they are treated as thruthful and valid.

Their should've been a serious action against those who committed such crimes. The IDF could've taken measures, secret ones to take them off, no need for such shitty post war trials . Even when the became older, let them taste bitterness. Sayeret or Shayetet could've done the Job . On the end of the line. 👍✅

The sooner you deal with the truth the better. Jews have lived in Poland for ages. It used to be a safe place for them. They were doing very well, making a good living for themselves and you know yourself how jealous the Polish are. The moment they had a chance, the slightest excuse to destroy a person who's doing better in life than them they will do it without any scruples. There must be a reason why the Jews hate the Polse so much. Sometimes the truth is staring you right in your face, you just need to open your eyes. Look around you, look here on KZfaq and read the comments people leave under antisemitic videos.

Epstein Island what kind of operation was that? Who stole US nuclear technology to give to the USSR? Why did Hitler hate the Jews so much? Oh yeah.... Jews are innocent people they never did nothing wrong. All these nations have problems with them because they are just perfect people. Angels from Heaven and we must all just lick their toes.

Smutne.
