Henry Beecher once wrote "“Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody else expects of you. Never excuse yourself. Never pity yourself. Be a hard master to yourself-and be lenient to everybody else.”" Kind of fits this.

This reminds me of my favourite quote from some weird doco I watched once - "Life isn't about finding a beautiful result, life is about learning from the process and always allowing that process to welcome change" Growth was never meant to be comfortable. I loved this talk Tommy. Absolutely fantastic.

What an exceptional man! With an incredible way of thinking. I'm quite happy just to live contently and ensure I do my best for the planet so that there might be something left for my grand children. I've always admired ambition and drive like this!
