I know this video post is old but the jig only needed to be modified to allow the bend to go slightly past the 90deg point to compensate for the springback. So the end of the 5" radius should curve inward slightly to allow the tube to bend past 90deg and then spring back right on the mark.

The 5" R doesn't mean squat!! Any radius as long as it doesn't kink is fine. What would happen to the airplane if both radii were 6"?? Nothing at all. Live and learn about springback but as long as both sides end up the same keep on truckin'!!
