✳✳✳"Lawfare is the use of legal systems and institutions to damage or delegitimize an opponent, or to deter an individual's usage of their legal rights. The term may refer to the use of legal systems and principles against an enemy, such as by damaging or delegitimizing them, wasting their time and money (e.g., strategic lawsuits against public participation), or winning a public relations victory. Alternatively, it may describe a tactic used by repressive regimes to label and discourage civil society or individuals from claiming their legal rights via national or international legal systems. This is especially common in situations when individuals and civil society use nonviolent methods to highlight or oppose discrimination, corruption, lack of democracy, limiting freedom of speech, violations of human rights and violations of international humanitarian law._wikipeda

A real news source would be focused on how the charges and conviction are dubious and how urgent it is that we do something about it. A real news source would do that. Hint, F'n hint.

@MrNukedawhales2 ай бұрын
it depends on the sentencing. if he is sentenced to the max of 4 years prison and $170k the bond will be higher, than if he is sentenced to $34 and parole...

I don't think he will get jail time for this offense. I am looking forward to the documents case, there the offenses are graver, the evidence stronger and the penalties MUCH higher. Also, for the documents case he would be sentenced not as a "first-time offender" but as a habitual criminal.
@tonyladokguy89852 ай бұрын
@@sherrieludwig508 there won't be a documents case trial as long as Cannon is the judge.

He is convinced he just isn’t sentenced yet!🤦🏼♀️🤬 he’s on the books as a convicted felon awaiting sentencing 😮
@strategery772 ай бұрын
In New York a person is not convicted until the judge enters a judgment of conviction. Even though a jury has returned a guilty verdict. The reason is because a judge could set aside the guilty verdict and make a different ruling. Typically the judgement is entered on day of sentencing. While this is unlikely in this case, Trump is “technically” not a convicted felon.

Not convicted yet, it will be over turned in appeals. DA and judge know this they never expected this to stick it's why the judge did so much unethical things during the process. This was only to slow Trump's momentum. Tie him up in court. Regardless of all that people will still Vote him to be president. Coming November come back to this post and delete it because it's embarrassing now and will be more so then because you like many democrats are ignorant. Everyone at one point was a Democrat then they became informed and educated in their own findings and not what mainstream media wants them to believe then they become republican. It's happening now democrats switching parties and even admitting to it on the media even far left ones. Please find the truth yourself don't be left behind it's truly sad.
