I want to add one thing more. Kabi Kabi CW bi likha jata hai suit main. Iska Matlab hai court witness. But legally court witness nahi ban sakhti kisi bi case main. Is ley yah bauht hi kam use hota hai. Baqi sab information k ley thanks. Really very informative vedio. 😊 😊 😊

Wrong interpretation of cw(court witness) doctor giving his expert opinion on MLC or post martim report is named as Court witness and that's why he sits right near the judge on chair and he gives his opinion on specific Matter.
