You can apply for a co-op or intern work permit if: you have a valid study permit. work is required to complete your study program in Canada. you have a letter from your school that confirms all students in your program need to complete work placements to get their degree.

1.you can work more than 20hours in on-campus jobs. (Like- for faculty member, for student organization, or jobs that are physically inside the campus) 2.Work in holidays (some programs are expedited so they might not have breaks) 3. If you've co-op compulsory or needed, then you can work more under co-op work permit. 4. Work online (transcribing, anything not related to Canada at all) 5. side hustle inside campus ALL THESE WAYS ARE LEGAL.ALL THESE WAYS ARE LEGAL.ALL THESE WAYS ARE LEGAL.

You don't need to be in canada to apply for co-op. If it's attached to your programme then you apply for it with your study permit. When you get to the airport you will be given your study permit and co-op same time. As far as it is attached to your program and you have your school program or a document to show that. Some co-ops are not paid. So it's important to look for those which pay. Most pay small money. So co-op is 50/50 in terms of making money

How about starting a business off campus... as an undergrad for instance a food business from home or a skincare business from home? Can you talk about that or reply my comment and how early is too early to start a business as an undergrad. Thank you. btw your skin is beautifulll :)
