Sir me respondent hu, me local,and district court me 138 quashing case, high court me he, 2018 se lekin koi date a abhitak nahi mili, mera advocate ko kai baat kaha, I case ko board pe lavo, lekin kuchh Karachi nahi aap muje koi advice de ki mr high court me by post ya Email ,fax se complaint kar saku ki mera case early open kare...please

Hamare saath esa bhaut baar hua hum ek hospital me medicine supply karte hai. Hospital wale esa hamare saath hi nahi Kai logo ke saath karte hai . Hamare pass etna time nahi hai Court ke chakkar lagaye. Hospital private aur reputed hai. Hame koi easy tarika bataye. Thankyou

In the situation of amicable settlement between the parties, as per it's pre condition, the complaint can be said to file affidavit under section 267 CR. P. C to withdraw his case by admitting that fact of receiving settlement amount as well as consent and having no any further allegation against the accused.
