Respected Sir, I have a question after hearing your lecture. 1.There are two Khewats one Khewat is 30 kanal and second one is 12 Marla. Both Khewat are consolidated and then naksha 'B' was made . 2.But the 30 kanal Khewat has 150 co-shares and 12 Marla Khewat has 144 co shares and these 144 are common among both. 3.Because 12 Marla is not able to distribute among 144 co-shares these two Khewats are clubbed. 4.These co-shares are differ because of one co shares because he can purchase some land from 30 kanal Khewat not from 12 Marla Khewat because it was in sarsai . 5.And all the co shares are aggred with this naksha B only one co shares who can purchase and also differ number of co shares in these two Khewats. So please suggest the best way that This Naksha 'B 'is right

Sir namaste, we have litigation between two brothers regarding immovable joint family property, now is it possible to put adverse position in between siblings, since 2004 we have cultivating land. After death of mother & on mutual understanding I signed on simple paper to make "Varasa" that land, (not registered) now 7/12 is only on my brother's name, who is staying in USA from 1997, he cheated me & my sister, now they are trying to hold "Kabja" on land, what to do pls suggest me.

Hi sir my father in law has sale 1acr land to his marriage daughter through sale deed and his total family has agreed for the sale and two brothers are witnesses in that sale deed, now elder brother has not signed, after 11years three brothers has joined hand and they had put the partication suit in civil court. Dear Advocate Sir, I have earlier asked a question to you but no comment received. Colleague said that , on receipt of fees they will provide information. So I again ask you that, HONBLE supreme court have issued an order in which court ordered that a judgement passed in the name of a perticular person will be applicable for whole person of our nation especially on service matters. sir My father transferred 8 lac eupees to my wife account. I requested her if i can buy flat for us. i took some loan and used this 8 lac as downpayment, did buy a flat on my name only. After my father death, my brother is asking for a claim. I am not getting one thing, has he even got right to claim as i have taken money from my wife and bank and not from my father. I have already repaid loan to bank. The transfer from father to my wife to me to builder can easily be shown as transfers. Also if i transfer this flat to my wife, will he not be able to claim anyways. Kindly reply.

Sir can you please make a video on ancestral agriculture property. What happens if fraudulently someone gets finger print of the land papers. It happened with us. My grandfather was a doctor and he never did farming. His land was fraudulently taken from him by his brothers. Father was sick, and they made the father put a thumbprint on vasiyat paper . Case is on for 30 years. We won it, and intekal is also on our name on fard. But they still hold the property
