Emory Motorsports was chosen by Cameron Healy to perform the restoration because of our record of achievement with other notable Porsche race cars. Because this is perhaps the most important competition 356 in the pantheon of Porsche racing, this project is especially rewarding for us.
The bare-metal reveal of this Gmund SL at Rennsport Reunion V as part of Porsche's Legends of Le Mans display was better than we could have imagined. We were also very pleased that the car was included on the front row of this year's Porsche family photo.
