Thats because the plot of Revelations was "Lol we killed He Man. Twice! Lolololol. Its ok though, dont worry, Teela is a badass now! You know its true because we said it and never show it, ever. Her Father, Man At Arms, who we SHOW being badass, saving his damsel in distress, is constantly saying how badass she is, so much better than himself she is, as he's saving his nearly helpless little girl. But then WHAAAT!? He Man comes back, and is BADASS!? Who'd a thunk it. And so ends this tale, with the Main Character Teela being dutifully regulated to the background where she belongs, He Man being the most powerful person ever as he should be, and the ONLY PERSON to get ANY character growth is Orko the Wizard who goes from bumbling fool into powerful wizard sacrificed to end conflict and pit Scareglow to a draw while fending off an army." I just saved everyone hours rewatching. That said, the transformation and music is pretty damn good. If you're wanting good content though, check out She Ra Netflix and He Man and the Masters of the Universe 2002. Character design (for everyone except He Man), voices, and plot (season 1) are all really spot on. I really like Battle Cat, Teela, and Skeletor. Masters of the Universe Revelations had a great He Man and general art style though.

A traditional male hero instead of a self insert for losers who wish they mattered. I absolutely despise self insert bland protagonists, I would rather see a well written character whether they be a genius, highly charismatic, hilarious character or the traditional strong dude bro hero, just not some bland looking dude with zero personality who is overpowered because reasons and poor writing like 80% of isekai's coming out every damn season.

I just finished reading the manga. It gets fucking dark, and its really fucking beautifull, i truly recommend it. Its not overly huge, but it has many magnificent twists, and trust me, this lad is a fucking beast in combat. Fucking good.

for real we basicly never get a main character design like this giga chad unit helck, its just not done in the fem boy obsesed otaku culture, his deisgn is almost universaly used as a secondary dumb muscle character, or a villain character... never ever the main charatcer... who are almost always tiny waifish efeminant boys or young men who could efortlessly pass for women... now dont take my statment of plain fact as an attack... its not, im a big fan of the classic cloud strife style thats utterly dominated anime for the last 30 to 40 years... but thats the problem, its old, over used, and i like at least a little veriaty. anima does many things right, great stories, great characters, great animation, great fights and conflicts, a wide veriaty of genres and audences from children to adult, great world building its just that one of the biggest and most tiresom flaws in anime is the attachment to a very spicific thought admitadly extreamly popular formate for character design.
