Even if Beli is good, top cav priority seems to be exaggerated. He doesn't even have good talent tree to become primary.

Usually commanders that give buffs are debuffs have long life in this game. I agree with your recommendation & I plan on maxing. This is also a must have for OL in my opinion as well.

As i understand it top priority is supposed to be the first thing you max for soc. But beli should not be the first one you max because he is a awful primary because of his talent tree. At least get huo or nev before you get beli.

I cant see how Beli's kit will warrant a investment ahead of nevsky, scipio, joan prime etc. just doesnt make sense to me. Sure the rage reduction debuff is great but over everything you get with Nevsky? nah..

I dissagree with the Beli as top priority. Plus you need his expertise for him to even have the all dmg kick in. I think he deserves to be in the Niche role where flag swarmers or whales can really benefit with him.

Blsht, Belli prime is not high priority for f2p or low spender. Think about it, you come to SOC with few ghs to invest in Belli prime? His kit is definitely for players with 5 full march which is not obtainable for f2p and low spender for a long while with the equipment and armaments. With all respect but this video is just useless unless for high spender+

I disagree regarding the strategy, the premise of the video is to make investments. Beli is a longtime investment. If you invest in nevsky expecting another 2 years, you're likely to be sorely mistaken.

@@Chisgule nevsky is better for an account than Beli. However you ARE right ny not.puttimg heads into him right now. Hearts desire, s. Keys events dailies should be top priority for people who don't have Nevsky or Scipio. Those.comms can be upgrade via other means rather than putting limited heads into them. Joan however.... yeah not sure about that choice. 🤔

This is extremely bad content - the advice is just wrong if it is tageted for the F2P, low spenders and NEW players, it's going to make them F up thier accounts. You actually need to take this down and re make it. Players will make errors as a result. As a new player to SOC making thier first investment, academy tech & gear impacts what you do first. Assuming all else equal, the marches a NEW player should first make include: 1. Scipio / LC 2. Nevsky Joan 3. Arguably Joan / Nevsky, or HQ Joan 4. ZL/HP The issue with Beli is he is not even part of the meta if running only 2 cav marches. Beli is a secondary only with an active skill that's less good than you think. He's meta for flag swarming but for the bulk of players - especially new F2Ps, they need to focus on thier field meta, which is AoE centric. Investing in Beli FIRST, then Nevksy makes no sense. Where's the AOE? What are you actually going to run?

Maybe due to the fact that there is an okay chance that you may be swarming the same march that your other teammates are swarming giving you the full advantage of Beli primes expertise and that Rage reduction is a serious blow that could be dealt to any surrounded march

The truth about this is that f2p and low spenders aren’t gonna max comms that easily, so realistically there is no reason why beli should be at top. Not only this but most of us won’t even field 5 marches bcs 4 marches field, one march garrison/rally/rune. Only high spenders should be doing beli at all

Chisgule is wrong for dropping hq down and placing beli up there. Hq is still one of the best open field commanders now, and for f2p, beli shouldnt be a priority at all

If you were running 2 cav marches and had Nevsky, Joan, Beli P, William would you do Nevsky/William and Joan/Beli? In this situation Beli would be replacing XY (I was going Nev/joan, and XY/Will)

If you have Huo or Nev, skip beli. He will get replaced just as quickly as Sargon. Nev can also be unlocked from dailies and His kit is still extremely powerful especially with the 45% defense debuff. Beli is definitely a must have for higher spenders. My two sense, but there is a possibility that the next cav commander will amplify Beli.

Hello.I’m f2p with VIP 14..I have Xy(maxed),William(5-5-5-1),Nevsky(maxed),Saladin(5-5-5-1) Takeda(maxed).I was thinking to invest in Huo but some players said to invest in Joan for Nevsky.What option sound better?

I use France civ and field 6 marches . Lineup includes maxed nev + joan prime 5535, maxed huo + maxed william , maxed Lc + maxed scipio , maxed guan + maxed sargon , maxed boudca prime + maxed ysg , maxed ZL + maxed Hermann prime . I can max beli prime who to pair? I do have xy 5535?

Max Joan P, And Also max Heraclius for city Garrison to play Ark. as you have 6 Marches you don’t need Belli, unless your priority is getting the 7th march

Im low spender Inf player, have 700ghs. Do you think is better to wait the next inf commander in few months or invest in current commanders as Zhug, Herman or Beli (purple equipment) ? Or max my 5551 Liu che (scipy maxed with almost all legendary equipment)

Thanks for the vid, as usual I enjoyed it. Just a suggestion, I think you need a section for secondary commanders or universals. As a f2p i am always looking for commanders that are multi-purpose like Honda and Alex that you can pair with many commanders. When a new commander comes into the game the ideal pair is often in mge, for f2p it's unlikely that you can max both before the next best thing comes along so you need universal commanders that you can pair with whilst you decide what you want to max next.

I have a 3 months or so till kvk3. Will look at testing. Seems like Joan from wheel and Nevesky in dailys is move. Saves Gold heads and one of them could pair with next cav commander after Beli. Beli having to ve secondary could hamper his Pairing ability with future commanders.

Belly Raycyrus Prime is a pass for me. A secondary without AOE is troublesome. XY Belly would be ur pair if u did get Belly. XY lower rage to cast skill and Belly rage reduction and rage increase would pair well. But man not sure they would survive

Everyone just needs to wait and see how he performs, it wouldn’t be the first time we’ve seen a meh looking kit and it turns out to be meta. However I do think he should be in low priority, at least until he comes available. Beli above Scipio is wild though.

Joan is still the best cav by far, if for nothing else than the AOE. Beli belongs in niche for f2p/low spend because most don’t even field 5 marches, much less swarm anything lol. Lastly, they pulled beli out of the game so how do we know they aren’t retooling him to put a cd on his expertise? This list is premature at best and wrong more than likely lol

Gathers should get to lvl 37 so u can invest into the gathering tree and max it. Also dont used ghs on anyone but SOC comms

@@realjohnlove think you’re misunderstanding. I know it’s easy to max them. It’s more about what to do after you max them. Do you use xp to get them all to 60? Is better to use a maxed epic than say a 5-1-1-1 legendary commander?

Ok, here's my current line-up. I don't have the gear etc to make an extra march, so any changes would mean to bench commanders. 1. Liu Che/Alex 2. Guan/Scipio P 3. Nevsky/Joan 4. Boudica P/Zhuge L. I do have the tomes/stars and heads to upgrade several commanders, but I don't see anything useful for now. Change my mind

so I'm going into kvk3, I only have t5 cav unlocked and 1500 gold heads to spend, I'm supposed to now put 690 into beli prime as my main cav march....hmm that seems pretty off..It seemed like a no brainer to either go Nev or Huo/Joan, but I'm thinking Huo because I can buy Nev daily packs..BeliP, seriously..Chisgule come on bro..I usually love all your vids but this one I'm not sure about

This is an investment guide.. think some people forgot that. But my only criticism is Joan is behind Scipio/ Nevsky and Beli. Also not sure Huo is Niche?... Nevsky/Scipio I can see being behind Beli because they are available elsewhere. So peeps should prioritize getting those comms finished via dailies, Sovereign Keys, Heart's desire and other events not putting Gold Heads into them, especially now. Joan however isn't. AOE, + AOE debuffs to team, Double proc damage.. pairs pretty much with any other cav comm. Can be a primary , usable at 5115...Joan gives so much value to F2P. Beli is almost always going to be a secondary commander...Gotta put him behind someone right? Nevsky? Huo? Joan? ... you got to have one of those comms already finished to make Beli shine, that reason alone should downgrade Beli. Are you going to invest in a secondary commander first then work on a primary... that's backwards. That is prob one of the primary reasons why Nevsky is so valuable. Pair him with ANYONE and you get value, he is a starter/base level commander and opens up several other comms to be workable. Beli has no AOE, debuff is single target and is conditional, mediocre stats and you have to have 690 heads to get the surround bonus expertise which is also conditional. Might bump up Asher ahead of Scipio/Nevsky for same reasons i described above. But hey maybe they change Beli up before the release and he will be busted, who knows. Maybe were all wrong and he will be busted in the field. But still need to have a primary for him. Thats my take... Otherwise good video. Thanks. Cheeesegul for sparking an interesting discussion. hahaha.

i have 1200 gold heads and still holding...hahah nevsky is good but old so i am afraid of him get replaced when i go for him, and joan P is good if i could get 5115 but the chances are probably 1% , so or joan P 5325 (with my luck) or max :-P , i might still just ignore cavs for more 1 kvk , depending if beli P is good or not. I am more inf. and archer player now.

The issue is that we is basing that rating mostly off his expertise which is only really useful for ppl with 3-4 or more marches which just isn’t realistic for f2p/low spenders…. Which is APPARENTLY who this vid is made for. He’s definitely not right on this one no matter what the testing shows since he said he’ll likely be doing it in 5v5

According to your 2 videos and statements about Belisarius Prime, only for me he remains far behind Alexander Nevsky, who has everything low spender. 5 troops on the way lol, but well I understand that you have to say it,, do it as you want, only that's wrong,,,,,,

I don't really agree with this list. This is only my opinion, but I think Beli is worse than Huo, especially because F2P tend to not max commanders. In fact, Beli is arguably on the same level as William, who has a very lower dmg factor these days. But we still have to wait for testing for Beli P to come out.

Yeah I think a lot of people are missing the point with this list. William/scipio/nevsky you should get via other means (hearts desire, s. Keys, dailies etc) rather than spending heads. Imo Joan should be ahead of Beli.

@@corndog5667 Also, which F2P is actually bringing 5 marches? Most F2P who bring 5 marches don't know what they're doing. Even socks and 12 haven't brought out 5 yet.

you are wrong about beli prime for F2P/low spend. this investment priority only makes sense if you are a whale and already have 5 marches. I am build my first cav march and as a developing account/newer player I see very little value in beli prime because A) I have to expertise him(invest 690 heads) to get full value B) you can get far more usable more valuable builds out of nev/joan for far less investment. also he loses value unless you are using 5 or more marches in the open field. most new players don't have 5 meta marches with tip top gear like whales how is beli prime a good investment if you are making your first SOC cav march?

Alex: example every 8 turn (in the worst case) 30% all damage debuff = 30%*4= 120% all damage taken increase every 8 turn (We count single target but alex debuff is AoE lol) Belisarius: 12%*8= 96% in 8 turn Belisarius debuff is not OP lol His debuff is not comparable to season 2 commander😂

@@mohammadsn8677 alex is secondary 90% of the players that use hi majority of players don t use alex. So when the first commander and secondly commanders uses a skill the target will not be debuffed

Don't get me wrong I love chis's content But I can't help but notice the sudden 180 on beli despite tests and literally everyone saying he's number 4 or 5 for cav with very niche applications that f2p simply never do This might be due to him wanting to get content out and make videos about the meta shift even tho no one thinks there will be Or he might be so out of touch on f2p stuff that he genuinely thinks it's a good idea And lastly, you know, the Lilith bribe to glaze the new comm which I hope is not the case for his sake
