10:38 Mr. Burke is in Fallout 3 and is the first truly evil person the Lone Wanderer can meet after exiting V101. He will give you a quest to blow up Megaton which you can either accept or turn him in to Lucas Simms (Megaton sheriff). If you complete his quest you will then be directed to Tenpenny Tower to speak with him and his employer, Alistair Tenpenny, and witness the destruction of the settlement. If you play a female LW, you can actually seduce Burke and basically convince him to not blow up Megaton. He will be so enchanted with you he will agree to not do it for fear of killing the PC. Then he will periodically send love letters addressed to you to Moriarty's Saloon

Can't wait until they put everything from the mobile version into PC version because 1 of the new pets you can get is a Alien drone that allows your dweller to deal an extra 4 damage points.
