That is a really cool looking bowl for a pho challenge, wish more places had bowls like that. The place looks nice, the people seen cool, & you broke the 5 year wait from nobody doing their challenge. It's good that you didn't have to finish the broth because that honestly makes the challenge a little more challenging in my opinion. Didn't understand why you added the spice oil, poured a bunch of water because it ended up being too hot, added some more spice oil some time later, then ultimately drowned it with water. All of the spice looked like it was in the broth you poured a whole cup of ice water into. From what I saw, the pho itself & it's contents must not had been too spicy if not at all due to the water you poured into it because I've seen you take on spicy stuff plenty of times, it was too easy. I'm assuming that pho isn't meant to be spicy, idk because I've never had pho. I'll give it to you that you did eat all of that cuz that was a lot & I liked that you did something different. I just don't doubt that you couldn't do it because by now with these kinds of challenges, you've perfected this & I've seen enough to know it's cakewalk. She said "you're breaking my record" well let us introduce you to Raina Huang, the one they call Raina Is Crazy lol. By the way, I am sorry about that hotel experience you had, just goes to show that it may look nice on the outside with all of the trimmings doesn't mean it's great on the inside. They should have taken better care of their establishment because after reviews like yours, they're not gonna see many of not any customers until they get it together. Like so many said, I hope you cleaned yourself up & checked & cleaned your clothes too because if it was as bad as you described, I would make sure you didn't have "friends" leave with you.
