Very cool arcade stick. I almost bought one of these when it came out. Ive decided to get a Mister and get my arcade fix that way, until then i get my old school arcade fix on Switch with a Street Fighter 2 themed Hori arcade stick.

I'm curious how the scroll wheel is in games, seems like a pretty cool addition to this type of setup. One day I want to make a Mistercade powered version of this kind of arcade setup.

Can you invert the joystick for right stick play? 180ing the stick causes bad button contours.

No different hardware-wise on the console side of things, so YES.

Bluetooth and USB connectivity. I believe the answer is YES.

But can I add my own ROMs? And if so, which platforms? I see the BYOG feature, but will that allow me to add my ROMs stored from an external harddrive?

Yes, you can add your own ROMs through UCE files. There are many videos on the subject. Cheers!

This is back on sale for $100 at GS. The included games are pretty lack luster, you really need to side load arcade games on a usb drive for this to be worth it (which is not hard to do). The puck that comes with it is basically a raspberry pi that has the juice to run stuff designed for arcade machines through the mid 90s. I'm not even sure if it can run anything fully 3D.

looks like your firmware isn't updated. (it fixes menu lag) I highly recommend updating it. Also look into "Coinopsx" Happy gaming brotha!!

Uh-oh, AtGames are at it again!!! How unsavory, To Gamster81: I know this is not your fault, But think about the attempts at some Sega Megadrive/Genesis clones that AtGames made!!!

Yeah, but I don’t necessarily see that as a bad thing. Sometimes the best thing for a company is to have an epic fail to learn from and improve to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

@@renkane3086 They did not just make the incident out of Megadrive clones, They made Namco-supported NES-on-a-CHIP clones as well, That made even more of an incident because they were advertised as official ARCADE releases, not NES/Famicom releases.

The freezing would be a deal breaker for me. There are too many things in life that break or don't work properly. As for the game selection, it's not that good. I really like only 5 games. Compare that to the SNES classic. The real appeal would be using the arcade stick with notable arcade games. If they had those great notable arcade games, about 20 of them, I would buy it for $50.
