exactly. Not everything is so black and white. Pure example, MICK RORY! He's the pure definition of that and the legends didn't trust him which landed them in this situation yet they still didn't learn after he got their memories back and admitted he made a mistake. They all have but I guess Mick doesn't get a pass like everyone else.

Time pretty much. This is a Snart before the events of Legends Season 1. The Snart during Legends developed a sense of teamwork with the crew and was more what Mick is now, still a criminal but wanted to help the team. This Snart hasn't developed any of that and is just a pure criminal like how he was on The Flash.

Through one of Barry's visions, Snart even said he chose to be a hero because of Flash. I just have difficulty remembering just WHAT, exactly inspired both him and Mick to become heroes

As best as I can remember, there were two reasons he sacrificed himself. 1) Friendship. Yes, its corny, but he started to become friends with the Legends. They started to become his partners. 2) No strings on him. The Time Masters were using The Oculus to manipulate everyone. There was a vision of someone else on the team sacrificing themselves to destroy the Oculus. Snart basically gave a giant middle finger to the Time Masters and time itself by changing their destiny and sacrificing himself instead. Yes he saved the world, but for him, it was for personal reasons.
