I theorize that the woman, as crazy as this sounds is Martin and Clarissa's daughter. Now you can say oh well he said "I love her" but love isn't restricted to romantic intentions so that's why I theorize that, plus think of the potential storyline's this could have. Imagine if you will, Martin seeing in the future this young woman and learning in person not just these "timeline memories" that she is his daughter and since THIS Martin told his younger self that the only thing that matters is Clarissa perhaps he dropped his work and decided to start a family, but the negative effect of this is perhaps without his obsession with his work he never creates the Firestorm equation and thus not only does that mean he never meets certain people but many more lives will be lost because he or Jax or even Ronnie weren't Firestorm to help their friends and allies. But again just a theory but think of the drama having to choose to either erase his daughter from the timeline after getting to know her personally and "remembering" watching her grow up from a child into this beautiful woman or to not change it at the cost of thousands of lives and the friendship's he forged. Just a theory but I think it holds merit, what do you all think?

You guys all blow when that cute baby is in your videos, I'm just watching her :) Did Barry's screw up aka Flashpoint mess with LOT at all?! I think Barry's message from 2056 is about Damien Darhk and Eobard Thawne teaming up to create Legion of Doom. Maybe Barry asked the legends to deal with those supervillains in the past, before they became undefeatable in 2056. Also guys, your lighting settup sucks nowdays, you blend with the background.

I personally think this was just a filler episode it wasn't as good as the others it was ok, just not as great as it could have been.
