Unfortunately David suffered of multiple personalities disorder and his powers are split one in every personality. Some benevolent some chaotic. Switching from be a villan to be a hero just for go back to be a villain killing his father Charles creating a time loop where he actually never born. Inspired by the true story of Billy Milligan Legion character is the most fascinating of the whole X-men saga of that decade.

His really unique power is having a superb soundtrack to everything he does. Was worried for a minute they were going to leave out the epic psychic battle with the shadow king, can't have been easy on a tv budget to come up with visuals for two omega level reality warpers going toe-to-toe, and they absolutely smashed it.

I felt that this was one of the most beautiful shows created. There has rarely been a show that showcased powers like this from someone who was diagnosed with a mental illness, even though he wasn't technically ill

When I was a child, I called his power Absolute Manifest, the ability to warp reality to his will. Absolutely. The telepathy, telekinesis, etc. were all just secondary manifestations.

For anyone comparing David to the Infinity Gauntlet, he could just make the Gauntlet not exist.

Many of the powers listed were redundant. In that they were basically sub powers of telekinesis and telepathy.

Omega level mutant with dissociative identity disorder. Can basically manipulate reality and time on a cosmic scale, literally thousands of personalities all with Omega level abilities all fighting to be dominent , unimaginable internal conflict. I love this character , not sure if it was the fascination of how broken his mind was, or the boundries of his true potential if he ever gained full control..Maybe both😁

Some of these powers are covered by a single one.for instance levitation, flight, disintegration and Force field are covered by Telekinesis.

This reminds me of The Beyonder's power named "Ultipotence": it is like Omnipotence but without Omniscience, the user has to learn their god-like powers through experience.

Dude is so op hell he can’t even die, he’ll just comeback as long as he has another personality. He eventually (in the comics) gets a watch where he can punch in a # that stimulates his brain to get whatever power he needs. So a cool character.

Disney definitely watched Legion to gather inspiration for WandaVision/Loki

He has control over all of reality in every potential universe, if you control reality, not just control but dominate, you are virtually indestructible

This is for me the best series ever written about a comic book character 💯. She manages to perfectly transcribe the complexity of the character😶‍🌫. Epic and memorable episodes, and the actors are great. I would like to forget having seen it to see it again like the first time.🙂

Legion was the best X-men related thing Fox has put out to date. I’d even say it was better than all the Marvel Netflix shows and Agents of Shield. It came, was great for two seasons and left with no ragrets. I wish this same creative team did a show about Mr Sinister. It would be amazing.

This guy is a fun thought experiment. Is he a crazy guy who got super powers or did his super powers make him go crazy? And before you comic encyclopedias at me, this is more just for fun. Is this a look into the taxing strain on the mind of a person with too much power? Or is this a person who's personal turmoil makes that power go out of control? Either is an awesome character study and equally valid.

The main problem is that Sydney tried to kill him a day ago, because SHE THOUGHT he was the culprit of the end of the world AND NO ONE WANTS TO TALK ABOUT IT. And also, in some unknown way, the team began to work together with the shadow king. LIKE IT'S NORMAL.
