Hi, before Aden Golan was a singer, she was an excellent artistic gymnast, so to your question, at the beginning of the song she bent over backwards without support 🙏💙🇮🇱

israel is a democracy unlike russia, which means putting money on wars is taking money from things that goes to the people,Department of Transportation, medical supports for elderly, support for poor, and other thing democracy provides which is why israelis dont want war, but was forced into it with an invasion by surprise, unlike russia who invaded. eden mentioned she sang for the hostages, kids, woman and man who are civillians, 120 still captive and the only reason the war is still going. details: the stage is a hurricane, the dance is very detailed, the dancers represent 'nova massacare' at the end her high notes represent the screaming that were heard, the sun is setting down even tho it started at 6am the sun is setting.

Couldn't agree more... this talented young woman doesn't deserve this hate. However, I want to let you know that her song received the 2nd most votes from the public and 5th place overall. I'm sure that this undeserved hate was a big factor in it. Many music fans who saw all this, wanted to support Eden Golan because they simply acknowledged the two sides here: a 20-year-old girl with amazing talent and a beautiful song who just wants to represent her country OR Unti-Israeli haters who only wanted to make this singer feel unwelcomed, did anything they can to fail her and also rioting in the streets.

I don't agree that a 20 years old pretty woman is to naive and stupid. We can think, we are strong. And so Eden Golan is. She said in many interviews that her song is for Israeli soldiers. That she looks forward to join the army and fight for her country. She said it was important to get the hostages back but not through a cease fire but through a fight. At any cost. That peace and giving up is for cowards. She said, that she is proud to represent the current politics of Israel. She was supported by Nethanyau, and as soon as she went back she rechangebd the text and recieved a medal of honor and was proud. She is not against war. She was happy to be the poster girl for nationalism and military. So, should she be allowed to participate? In my opinion yes. But then other artists and people should be allowed to protest. And if people are against war, they can boo a person that is for it. And those who are for war can boo the others. It's freedom of expression. The artists that didn't want to participate in an event were nationalistic propaganda was allowed had the right to distance themselves. Either all or nobody. The Eurovision fan community is a very open community that stands for the oppressed and diversity. It was predictable and predicted that this would happen. The measures that were taken to silence the Pro-peace side were against freedom of expression. That was why most people booed. And the propaganda from pro-Israel was excellent: This poor, poor innocent singer and those mean antisemitic bullies.

@@DramaQueenMalena OK, I want to respect the request of the owner of this video so I'm not gonna respond to all the obvious lies you tell about Israel and Eden Golan in particular. It is well known that she is not one of the supporters of the Israeli prime minister just like many other Israelis. However, I do want to tell you that I believe every decent person shouldn't disrespect a singer in a music contest like Eurovision. I will never boo or be so cruel to an Iranian/Russian singer just because I disagree with her government's policy. But maybe it's just me. Eurovision is supposed to be unpolitical, and "united by music", It's not a football game.

@@DramaQueenMalena agree except I don't think Israel should have been allowed to participate because of what they're doing to Palestinians. But Eden isn't some innocent girl, at all. That's just how she painted herself. And a ton of those votes were sympathy votes. I mean really, she sings well but that song was cliche and generic.

Yes, people love to hate and make others feel bad. I saw this magnificent performer shout " I love you" to the same people who were cursing her after the song. Even from other contestants, she received so much hate. I guess people must involve politics everywhere; even in a singing competition that is supposed to be just about music.

I believe you are against war. But not all Israelis are. I am Swiss and had been living in Switzerland all my life. There are many Swiss that support wars. Nationality sais nothing about a person's beliefs or values. This song is a pro-war song. The large public vote was used by the government to "prove" that most Europeans support the politics of the current government. Eden recieved a medal of honor. Yes, her vocals are great, the song is well-written and well-produced. Nothing innovative or outstanding. But of good quality. But a song has always a message and that wasn't liked by many.

@@DramaQueenMalena I respectfully disagree with most of what you said. I think you fail to distinguish between people who want war and between people who have no other choice but to go to war they never wanted. Of course, the song has a message: it's about pain and grief of the people of Israel. Many Eurovision songs before had messages and weren't forced to change the lyrics just like the original version of this song. In my opinion, it received many public votes for feeling bad about what Eden Golan went through in the Eurovision.

@@adirshimshon9965 For me, nothing can justify war. In a war there are always two sides or even many interests. There is bever a good and a bad one. The only way to end it is all sides renouncing and all sides making an effort. I am Swiss, but a daughter of Italians born some decades ago when my family spoke about the war every time we gathered. Maybe I'm too old but I experienced the time when French and German and Italian people, who hated and killed each others for thousands of years started to work together. It needs s lot of work but it can be done. I protested when a Swastika was painted on the synagogue of my hometown, I participated at solidarity manifestations after 9-11, I protested against the war in Iraq and I certainly condemn everything Hamas does. I teach about the Holocaust and Fascism, about colonialism and human rights. And yes, I protest against the killing of innocent people in Palestine and I think, the international community should engage to stop all wars, or at least do all that is possible. It's always the poor and powerless, that suffer. What I hate is that I am accused of antisemitism. I soeak Italian and I am against the new wave of Fascism there. Nobody thinks I am an anti-catholic. That's two different things. I want everyone to be free to live in peace. Religion or nationality is not a category for me. Yes, some songs were highly political in the past, like Ukraine some years ago. I think, no country should be allowed to sing a song about an on-going conflict. Ukraine, Israel, Azerbaijan and Russia should participate, but with a song about another topic. Or a song about peace, like Imagine by John Lennon. But not: When Russia, in 1944 killed us Ukrainians...

@@LegionGames2076 Well no... that's not an opinion, it's a fact. The EBU rejected the song multiple times over its lyrical content and it was only approved after the Israeli government stepped in, and they guided the alteration of the song in a way that it would get approved. The lyrics of the original song (titled "October Rain") are barely different to the version performed at Eurovision. It was written for a specific purpose, which everybody knows, a purpose to which the songwriters admitted, with far-right politicians Europe-wide telling people to vote for "the song about the bravery of Israel during these hard times" (not a quote, but their statements were along those lines), with the singer going on to start singing the original version upon returning to Israel. It is a propaganda entry. Period.
