Great report guys. The warmasters made a hugh different for sure. I reckon they’re about 300 points undercosted each. Tony never stood a chance.

Loved the shot into the "juicy juicy body" and great to see so many warmasters on the table, although they do seem overpowered.

🤗 every time I watch the hordes of titans on your battle reports it really captures why titans are such a different part of the warhammer universe

Thanks! Finally a titandeath bat rep. Great battle report again! Note on rules: in titandeath the radius of control of objectives is 6", not 3". Page 96.

If an ap-1 or better weapon hits, it auto strips a shield. Say if you had 2 shields and someone got 4 ap-2 hits against you, youd lose 2 shields and then take 2 armour saves

Pretty sure thats what we were doing as well as the 5+ void save. What are we doing wrong exactly?

Titandeath has a couple of rules changes from normal LI. They actually get saves in titandeath.

@Tabletop_Standard sorry yes there is an extra rule in titan death. Let say you have a titan with 2 void shields and 3w. I shoot at it, with ap-1 or better, and get 6 hits. You allocate the first 2 hits to the void shields, rolling 2 dice for speed, any 5+ would not strip a shield. Say you get a 3 and a 6. You now have 1 shield left and I still have 4 hits to allocate. You roll these now 1 at a time. Say you roll a 5 then a 3. Your last shield is now gone. Still 2 hits to allocate. Now you take 2 armour saves.

They are only better sub 2k. Anything over and AT becomes quite boring and slow. This is way better for bigger games.

Great video, but need to turn your auto focus off the top down shot, gets distracting. Set it manually and forget it.

Great game like all LIMP games it was close until it immediately wasn’t 😂 I agree if you have the time play AT but Titandeath does have its place it’s a faster paced and more of a turn your brain off and enjoy the game.

noticed that you did not use any warp missiles, have to assume that was a choice between the players to allow for a much better and balanced game our local group is considering just out right banning warp missiles, they feel broken (imagine 12 reaver titans with 12 warp missiles, reasonable odds to out right kill 6+ titans on opponents side in round 1, NOT FUN)

It's actually more I took stuff out of boxes and added it up 😄 Non of my missiles were on the kits. I've only just looked at the Warp missile rule (and then the FAQ)

You definitely did the reach fight wrong. Everyone who is in range to fight can fight. You allocate fights before rolling dice.

For titandeath you do. Pg 91 of The great slaughter. "In titandeath battles, each time a model's void shield level is reduced, the controlling player rolls a d6, on a 5+ that models void shield level is not reduced."
