I am a person who had been memorizing scriptural passages for long years. This year 2021, I had been battling anxiety, insomnia and depression for two months. God allowed the battle because He knows I have the greatest weapon in me to use. In those hard times, everyday all I did was praying and most of all meditating the memory verses I have in mind and I speak them out to myself either aloud and whisper with understanding of the words. I spoke God's Word to myself repetitively - over and over again the same passages. Meditation is prayerfully pondering the scriptural passages in my mind again & again and speaking them out with my mouth several times. I did the meditation everywhere I was, either at the mall, at the bus, or in all places of my house. That is why it is very important to memorize scriptures - both God's promises and commandments so you have God's Word wherever you go. Meditation is different from reading. I got healed from depression, anxiety and insomnia. I'm free from emotional and mental turmoil without medication. Praise JESUS and I always declare God's Word and that His blood is covering me, even until these days.

Ilang buwan na pong mabigat palagi ang pakiramdam ko, malungkutin at palaging nakakaranas ng panic attacks. Tapos nito lang po, may nangyari pa na hindi ko inaasahan. Sobrang sakit. Hindi ko matanggap. Hindi ko na po alam ang gagawin ko. Palagi po akong nananalangin sa Panginoon na bigyan ako lagi ng katatagan na kayanin ko ito lahat.

Never felt happiness this days, I just wanna cry everyday. Simple matter could make me cry and I'm tired of it, I wish I could just forget everything bad that had happened.
