Worrying is perhaps one of the sins most committed by many Christians. It is a serious sin because it is like telling the Lord that we do not believe Him and that we do not trust Him. But true Christians understand that God is our Father who desires the best for us.

Please pray for me and my family. 2 years ago, I started to feel insecure about life and my future. I developed insomnia, anxiety and depression because of worrying all the time. It has affected me so much mentally and physically. There are many days, I cannot get out of bed and have feelings of giving up. I want to trust GOD that this is a trial and that it will pass. God Bless!

Hi, I get you. These past weeks have been so rough for me too. I'm physically weak as well as emotionally and mentally unstable. But I constantly reminding myself that worrying is a sin and thus I should not worry because God will take care of me. Feeding my soul with Gospels and teachings from the Lord, reading bible and marathoning sermons. Now, I'm okay, not 100% but I'm getting there. I learned to be calm and still despite pain and uncertainty. I know life is not easy for you especially during these times. But I'm hoping and praying that you can learn to pursue intimacy and relationship with God and please pray and pray... Tell him your troubles, tell him your pain, tell him everything sincerely, and surely you will be comforted. Just like how God gave me comfort, peace, joy and rest. What happened to you right now is God's wake up call. ( with God, you'll be fine).

My testimony about worry to die is when my father tells me he is afraid to die. I advised him not to worry because there is a second life after death. Just believe in second life because dying is just the beginning of your second life with God. Repent all your sins now you are still alive. Ask God, Jesus to forgive you, all your sins that you have committed then accept him as your savior. When he accepted my advise, after a year my father died but he died peacefully because i know God forgive him of his sins. This is what i experienced that God will always take care of you.

Excellent message! Thank you for it, CCF. I need to hear it everyday because I have lots of "perceived" worries right now, but I know Pastor Peter is right that God will absolutely take care of me and my fiancee and our families! Just like He does even the sparrows.

Thank you for this, Pastor. I didn't know I have anxiety until I was having symptoms and diagnosed by a doctor. Anxiety disorder isn't a joke. It's already consuming me to the point I can no longer work properly bec I am always preoccupied and needed to leave and back off from work. But I am thankful that I have a supporting husband and am trying to watch helpful videos like these. This calms my troubled mind. I'll leave it to Jesus bec he will take care of me.

It's easy to say do not worry... but when you're in the middle of a crisis and everything is going wrong in your family... bills are piling and you fall deeper and deeper in debt and it seems like you can't control anything, yes, you force yourself to remain calm and to do all that you can and to trust God but it is so hard and you can't help it... the problem keeps on bombarding you on your face... how do you not worry 😢 i just try to distract myself with work and prayer but everytime i go home i face reality..
