I wouldn't be surprised if they have a folder of specific body parts doing a certain expressive animation like a standard eyebrow raise or a eye squint of suspicion then alters it according to the slight variations as that would probably help save time

I love how the ties/lapels/collars on the minifig bodies are angled and crooked just like in the reference show. The bottom of the black-tie goes to the left, the angle of how Zach's jacket lays on his shirt. It's a nice touch
