For #5, Manda is a Monster from the Godzilla Franchise. The ship it’s attacking is the Gotengo. Cool scene from one of the old Godzilla movies.

No. 3. The Deinocheirus is based on an actual dinosaur. It has been envisioned to be covered in feathers and plumage. I have an incredible figure of this dinosaur, beautifully sculpted and painted from China. This LEGO MOC is an incredible version of that dinosaur.

Also one of the most popular "dinosaur enigmas" from my childhood. Looking back, I never would have expected we'd find the entire skeleton (pretty much) in my lifetime. And It's fun to know it wasn't just an upscaled ornithomimosaur but something truly distinct and unique.

Manda is a daikaiju who first appeared in the Toho scifi movie Atragon in 1963; he was subsequently absorbed into the Godzilla universe where he appeared in Destroy All Monsters and Final Wars. That moc is absolutely incredible.

I love the 5 with the serpent, twister bodies in lego parts always amaze me ! The 3 and 2, those fantastic builds with lots of Bionicle parts, are MOCs for a current FlickR contest, BioCup 2024, there are plenty of great MOCs in their gallery, actually it s 3rd round (semi-finale), with 9 challengers, and each of their builds are great ! I saw Manda in the miniature Manda N.5: Manda is a kaiju that first appeared in the 1963 film, Atragon and would join the Godzilla franchise in the 1968 film, Destroy all Monsters. This MOC seems to be based on the scene in Atragon where Manda fights the Gotengo, but the design of Manda seems to be based on his design in the 2004 Godzilla film, Godzilla Final Wars. Deinocheirus N.3 Deinocheirus (meaning "terrible hand") is a genus of non avian dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretacous period in Mongolia, in what is now know as the Nemegt Formation. Deinocheirus was a strange dinosaur, since it had a spoonbill like beak, a hump and long arms with curved claws. This dinosaur was a hervivore, and probally fed on leaves that it could have reached thanks to it's long arms. Deinocheirus lived with other dinosaurs like the tyrannosaurs Tarbosaurus and Alioramus, the hadrosaurs Barbsbolia and Saurolophus, the therizinosaur Therizinosaurus & the ankylosaurs Tarchia, Saichainia and Talarurus.

I look at the MOCs from a perspective of a layman that enjoys LEGO. I simply cannot research for hours for every weekly episode to make sure everything is referenced or mentioned. I am a casual fan with just a personal opinion of what I see for the most part. Researching and serving every dedicated fan of any lore out there would be simply too exhausting or nearly impossible with the time I have. I really don't follow / watch a lot of content from a lot of lores and many of them are foreign to me. A cool monster for me might be from someones beloved sci-fi lore that I have no idea about and it really doesn't feel great being called out on it. I enjoy the MOCs for what they are, IPs behind them are secondary. Sure, I will get deeper into my thoughts if I recognize something but that is not priority. I hope that is OK for you. -Mike
