So crazy scientist is listed as character #1 and #3 and there is no #17? I have everything but these last two characters

Character 17 is under the rock next to honey hotel (where that vehicle token was), you have to smash a rock and it will give you a character called ‘bulbs’

Can someone please share where and who #17 is? I have all of the characters he shows in the video but idk if anyone noticed, he counts the crazy scientist as character token 1 AND 2. He only finds 16 but has all 17? I'm just lost

That may have been the easiest free run of the entire game . Who knows though I'll have to play and see . But like only 3 markers / time tokens lol . I'll take it though . For such small area this area sure had quite a few collectables that's for sure .

I've actually cuffed the final baddie while he's grappled a couple of times. I don't know why your game decided to not let you do that, maybe it's a bug?
