@Spectahman 2.0 so what I'm reading is it will be focused on main couples, cinderella (confirmed) and Prince charming, belle and beast/Prince version. Hopefully there's not much longer to wait for it because I NEEEEEEEEED to know lol

You could use the torso and head of genie Jafar for a Minifigure scale red hulk

Yeah, but don't buy the set just for it. A cheaper torso alternative I would be the Ash Attacker's torso from Nexo Knights would work for him too as it also has a similar bare red chest design. It'd be cheaper to bricklink that. You could also use Red Skull's face for him.

I think as far as just including new figures goes, if they included one Minifigure for each included property that would’ve been best. Maybe the human Ursula form, captain hook without his hat, and putting the queen of hearts here and including someone else in the cmf set. Although, since they did have a similar Maleficient to the 1st CMF set, I would’ve taken a new Ursula and Hook in their regular appearances

For a set that kinda relies on it exclusive figures, I wish there were more than 4. Throw in Ursula, Hook, or someone else would make it much more worth it

I love that with Malefica's face we are seeing an inprovement with face prints on black, I hope it transfers to cheaper lines

Great review im hoping to get this set as soon as it becomes available online! Disney minifigure sets are my favorite current theam of lego I think for a heros set we could get Li shang as our new figure, Ariel in human form in either her blue dress or her kiss the girl dress as one new outfit character, aladin as prince ali as a new outfit character or just updated with dual molded legs and have him be the maleficent of this set, and maybe Bell in her blue townsfolk dress as another new outfit character

I think it was kind of a wasted opportunity to not have a minifigure of Ursula in her Vanessa Disguise, since we have The Evil Queen as a hag and Jafar as a Genie, but other than that, this set looks great. I never thought of VHS tapes for a set about The Villains, but it rocks! 🖤

I think this is a prime example of price per piece ≠ price per value. Even generously assuming each portion is worth $20 (which they’re not), that’s still only $120. $130 is highway robbery.

I think it gets difficult with piece sizes being different. The world map for example, I could be wrong, but im pretty sure it's a great "price for piece". Of course minifigures and prints too. I personally think this set at 130 is actually fair. We never say that because we're used to lego inflating the heck out of their prices. I would have said 130 was fair even before lego upped their prices. Hopefully when lego sees how great this sells they can figure out a large portion of it selling is because of its price

Lego seems to knock the ball out of the park with disney. Starwars. Not so much. Harry potter, decently so. But other than the little mermaid decision, lego absolutely nails disney
