The clock is definitely from Captain Hook. That's part of his whole character with him being scared of the tick tock sound because of the crocodile.

I think that the clock is actually Captain Hooks and that’s why the Peter Pen drawing

I have no intention of buying this set, but the fact that this set is in part a big homage to the puffy VHS tape cases puts a really big, dumb smile on my face. And all those compartments are a lot of fun, too.

Thank you for the review, I am for sure going to be picking this one up. The artwork in the VHS is so dope and Lego should do more things like that. In fact they should just have more printed pieces in general and get rid of stickers all together.

This set is stunning🫠 i am sooo planning to buy this as love the villains and its got secret compartments!! As a 21yr old i remember VHS tapes and this is gorgeous and looks amazing to build🧚🏻‍♀️ also it'll be amazing on my bookshelf🫶 Lego cooked with this one

the fact that scar, ursula and captain hook aren´t in this set as minifigs is a sacrilege

The pocket watch (not clock) is from Peter Pan, not Alice in Wonderland. It's the one the crocodile swallowed and became the stuff of nightmares for Capt Hook.

I am obssessedly waiting for this set. I wish they did the same with heroes with VHS tapes of the Lion King and Pocahontas and then it will truly be my childhood side by side.

Printed tiles rather than tatty stickers any day. Adds real class to any set! Does wonders here!

June LEGO releases are too awesome. I have so many sets on my wishlist: Ninjago City Markets, this one, the PacMan Arcade, a few of the Jurassic Park sets, the City Downtown set, the Friends Botanical garden, the upscaled Minifigure, maybe even the Batcave and I am sure I forgot a few. Add ti that that rumors suggest that there will be Double VIP points from June 9th until June 13th and I am sure my wallet will be hurting. A lot.

Seeing the Baymax in the CMF really makes me wish we had gotten at least one Big Hero 6 set

$130 seems like a bit much for just a conversation starter piece with lots of easter eggs that just occupies a shelf. $100 seems fair, yet even as the 90s kid I wouldn’t have bought it.

Inflation Disney takes 60% that’s why sets such as titanic has more pieces than Minnellium falcon yet costs 200 quid cheaper

Interesting - the #price in Europe is 149.90 EUR❗️which makes approximately 32 EUR difference - you definitely can get is #cheaper in US 🤨

Really good review and you’re also a very cool guy! How much time did it take you to build this? Just bought this set at Lego Land for my girlfriend and me and we’re really excited! So I’m just wondering how much time you think it would roughly take the average joe (that unfortunately hasn’t built bigger Lego sets since maybe early teenhood lol)?
