The fact that this is a whole new experience and is free, you really gotta give props to Epic and Lego for this, it’s actually insane

I honestly thought this was going to be just a fun little gimmick for Fortnite for a little while. But no, they clearly put a ton of love and effort into this. And the song choice was perfect for the trailer - made me nostalgic for the days I used to play with LEGOs as a kid.

This gives me tears of joy literally spent 5 hrs straight playing this. love how the npcs basically just say your village doesn't meet my standards when your level isn't hight enough. Can't wait for more updated desgins well done this is amazing lego and fortnite is amazing also why are thr Clone troppers the only star wars characters

I think everyone is truly underestimating the quality of this new game version. All the custom skins and animations they had to remake, and all the sounds and ideas. Truly we should thank the developers and not the ones telling them to make it. Thank you developers.

The music alone had me beyond hyped! 1:17 I played it most of the day around classes and work and it was so much fun! I also got to play it with my friends this evening which just made the experience better!

Lego BR with building mechanics is a no-brainer, so I'm shocked it took this long to make this game haha. Imagine the sheer amount of merch tie-ins/physical sales you could generate with this. Offer a premium "order a minifig of your in-game character" service. Actual money-printer right there.

This is hands down one of the greatest game trailers I've ever seen, and possibly the best use of pop music in a game trailer ever.

(Save the world) And then due to what was popular at the time they decided to make a game mode that everyone was enjoying. (Battle royale) Then they decide to make a mode for creating new mini games and more (Creative) Then a peacefull session to party with friends and other players (Party royale) Then a competitive version for people to compete in tournaments for special ranks and rewards (Ranked) Then a version of their popular mode but with a simpler playstyle (Zero build) Then a survival open world sandbox (Lego fortnite) Then a racing mode (Rocket racing) And then a musical rhythm mode (Fortnite festival) And the best thing about this game is... ITS ALL "almost" FREE!!! Its not just a video game Its the ultimate video gaming experience!

I straight up thought this would just be an update, but the is not only a full game, but a seemingly the most different and in depth Lego game in a while, I’m excited to see this take off😮

Unpopular opinion but I think that once lego fortnite gets some proper good updates and they make good changes to the game like adding ways to collect water, more toy items, newer blue prints, some more biomes, new ores, different mobs, adding a repair bench, adding new levels on weapons, an endgame boss apart from the brutes, vehicles, higher village tiers, more mechanics like dodging but slightly different, etc, the game will eventually outgrow and get better than Minecraft. I have been loving this game so far and have enjoyed building so much more than Minecraft in this game even with not too many types of walls, ceilings, floors, etc. I have found that the amount of ways you can develop buildings is just limitless and as said before, if they add more prefabs then we could make even more, incredible builds. It’s also slightly easier to create nicer buildings than Minecraft but I will say creating bigger, realistic build of people in detail is actually doable in Minecraft but it takes an incredible amount of time and skill. Toast to the developers and devs! Thank you fortnite

I hope classic Lego characters from themes like Lego ninjago or the Lego movie and more can come to this game.

YEARS ago there was a game that came out called LEGO WORLDS, and years before that there was the first massive online Lego game that was MEANT to be like this. It had Lego pirates, ninjago, Police, Racing, virtually EVERYTHING like a Lego dimensions game. Can’t remember the name tho but it ended shutting down incredibly quick. THIS is what that MMO game felt like for the short time it was out. I really hope this is great!

These guys are good , the best in gaming to continua reinventing their game at a fast pace to add AAA experiences consistently from the devs and community. So fortnite revamped their original idea into a Lego world and added RPG elements. Not a bad idea to keep things fresh and something to consider leaving available from now on. I can tell where this is all going and it seems they will slowly but surely add a plethora of variety. I think they see now that a battle Royale alone can only take you so far. Gonna keep my eye on this. On the surface it looks fun.

After playing this mode for a few hours, it feels like a combination of LEGO Universe, Minecraft, and a touch of Fortnite. I love it
