I wanted Ratatouille and the A-Team van the most. I'm good with the Nightmare Before Christmas. I'm surprised they went with the phone booth and not the Walkman or Polaroid.

The beginning made me so sad, I was saying no no no right along with you! But that is every round of these. I think the phone box is a nice addition for cities and such. Very nice video Thanks!

Nightmare before Christmas is really surprising as you'd think with as many times as its been passed over Lego would have long had there own in the works considering how much they're doing with Disney this year already. Still, it's one of the best and complete layouts representing the film I think has ever been submitted so could turn out pretty amazing. Telephone booth is both a unique and really fun idea given it's not just the red box but the diorama build around it. Curious to know how Lego will scale this one as I think it would look pretty amazing with some of the Creator Expert vehicles around it. Would have liked to see at least two more sets make the review stage but maybe next time around.

Since a couple waves the decisions for Sets became kind off odd to me. Was there a change in lead from ideas? Because before they was choosing at least something nice like the blacksmith house and barracuda bay etc. Some decisions i understand, because they already had the theme, have something similar in production or don’t get the license, but its not like they do not get creative submissions like the barracuda bay. lately we get a lot sitcom sets or stuff, which is just not interesting like the phone cell. Ideas was one of my most favorit lines in LEGO, but it becomes less interesting to me.

I think they realised they've just reopened the once again biggest LEGO store in the World in London and have very few actual London sets to put on display. I would have preferred they redo the Big Ben set as I really miss seeing it in the Window

Rip Garfield , it is a shame that there are only two sets that made it this review stage. I have no interest in the London phone booth but I'm interested in the night mare before Christmas and those characters

Sigh. Disappointed once again. While I'm not disliking the two sets that were chosen, I won't be buying either. So many other sets that I think were far better. Really loved the Garfield set. I don't think I'll ever understand how the final sets are chosen or why they don't choose more of them.

I've said it before, and I’ll say it again! LEGO Ideas needs an overhaul. TOO many sets are getting to “the stage”. LEGO has to do the following: ANYTHING that is a current or former IP, instant rejection; up the supporter level to 20,000; any sets that are similar, instant rejection; once you have one set approved you are locked out to do another. This used to be a fun and neat way to get sets that LEGO would never consider, but now it’s just a bunch of fans suggesting IP’s they want. NO originality!

You are killing it with the intro’s 😂 As for the sets - I don’t care that much about Ideas. I honestly wish they would accept original, non-licensed creations only. I find all these models like typewriters and telephone boxes, or sets about tv shows very uncreative. There is so much licensed stuff already., give me fresh creations.

Glad you enjoy the intros! I have fun figuring them out :) They should definitely consider limiting the types of submissions / IPs for voting, would make things easier imho.

Hopefully some of these get revived in the new BrickLink Designer Program. I was really hoping the mushroom house would have been approved. I hope some of these creators will put up instructions for their designs on Rebrickable's site at least!

I think the Bricklink program is now officially submissions only, not the rejected IDEAS pool. The fan designers would have to submit them separately during the submission period, which is running right now until the end of February.
