The microfighters minifigures nowadays come in more multiple sets than it was before

The microfighters are easy to afford and easy to store. And some may not go over the top, but they still will be in for a nice ROI. And, yes, they do need some time to gain value.

I remember some people using the turbo tank to army build plain phase 2 clones. Thats probably why that one is so high. Plus who doesnt think the clones are cool? Also I want to set up a bricklink store and start investing but i dont know where to start. All I know for sure is Speed Champions and the Modular buildings. Any advice would be helpful.

This must only apply to the US, which is quite strange. I'm in the UK and 75028 Turbo Tank Microfighter is currently available on eBay for $38 Brand New and Sealed...

Amazon is a whole different world than Ebay. Prices are usually higher. Demand is higher... more customers, less competition.

75032 has a rank of 353,000 on Amazon so it doesn't sell that often. 75073 has no rank, meaning it hasn't sold in months if not years. Most of these have a rank of over 250K. What is your advice on quantity? If you bot more than a few, you would have to hold for 10+ years as some only sell once or twice a year

they sell more during the first few years, but even at a high rank, LEGO sets still sell

Unfortunately I opened my microfighters to build and display. So I sold 12 xwings in bulk at rrp just this year.. it’s only profitable if it’s new in box

Kylo Ren’s Shuttle was the just set to do well post retirement. Managed to get 2 for around $42AUD & still have them.

Not sure how it works on Amazon, but the prices on Bricklink are much lower than mentioned in the video.

Amazon is a different marketplace with way more demand than BrickLink, so prices are higher

How are you calculating average ROI? ROI / time or compound interest?

no compounding because there is no turnover. So it is just overall ROI divided by the number of years held for

Many retailers allow repeat orders. It's just a matter of learning the retailers and how they operate etc

So I was shocked by the prices you’re listing so I did a little research myself. How any of these are selling on Amazon for the prices you’re listing is beyond me. It can only come down to lazy buyers because I looked up several of these and every single one is available on eBay for less than 50% of these prices. That’s just crazy to me.

Many people just don't shop on eBay. Amazon is a much larger and more general marketplace, leading to higher demand there, and higher prices

Hey. So thanks for the quick reply. That makes sense. So I guess this leads me to my next question. Have you done a video about how the beginning to average Lego investor can get started on Amazon? Is it worth it if your volume isn’t huge? What are the fees like? Thanks. Michael
