Nicely done! Resonates with me as I lived in Berea Court for 5yrs in the mid 90's. Was an epic block of flats then, now it just looks epic but rather bleak to stay there.

At least with the new coat if paint it looks alot better now. It was looking very bleak

Yes, busy planning to complete and expand it to have some type of interior
