LEGO Modular-Compatible Comic Book Store + Dojo MOC

This is my latest MOC (my own creation); it's a Ninja Dojo and a Comic Book Store! It's completely compatible with the LEGO creator Modulars, so it could fit in any LEGO city!

This is probably one of your best every builds! Very well done Jack! The exterior is nicely detailed. I especially like the dojo on the second floor. Super creative of you to make something like this. Keep on building!

Great job! Even with such a small MOC you created a really nice front section, both the bottom and top floor look fantastic! :D I especially like the way the windows and the various textures look on the bottom floor. :D

Tbh, I don't like the dojo. But the comic book shop looks great although it looks more like a living room to me. The outside design off the comic book store looks great, but the dojo on top, nah. Great work, I'll be following you.

I'd like to see longer videos seeing as how you spent so long on this! Awesome build btw, the detail is fantastic, right down to even the bus stop. Would you do anymore duel concept modulars?

For this specific MOC, I used a rope ladder from the dojo down to the comic book store. It felt like it fit the Japanese style to me, so I kept it. It also was a great way to conserve space. For my Bar and Hideout, I used another ladder on the back wall, to make it seem as if the second empty floor was like an attic.

Hey men, you should sell instructions of your mocs or leave it to download because your mocs are awesome and I would love to recreate them Please consider this you could make a lot of money There are other pages that do this but aren't as good as yours

I somehow appreciate you destroying your models after building them. Makes it seem like you're trying hard to do the best with the bricks you have got.
