Hi all, Chubbybots back here with another Kaiju / Titan build :D The Queen of the monsters herself Mothra build in the glory of lego bricks!

I never thought I would say this about something originally marketed for children (ok the new Botanical line maybe) but that is just beautiful. Even without it's tie-in to the Godzilla mythos, this is a gorgeous model in it's own right. I saw another comment saying it should be an official kit... I'd like to raise that, and say this whole series deserves a look from their marketing department. Not even as an "ideas" creation, but a legit recognition of the market you've created here. These would be HUGE to adult collectors and kids alike. Your mecha series are some impressive engineering pieces, but these monsters.... These are a whole other level of marketable.

Like I would love that but it is insanely hard for lego to get the rights from playmates to be able to make Godzilla stuff... And also legendary and SH Monsterarts... I would love to see it be a real set, mainly the Goji and kong, but this Mothra is awesome too

the body shape is the king of the monsters style but the wings are like from the 1900 to ther 2000 AWESOME! combining bothe elements of mothra WOW AMAZING!!

Dude, I bet if you put this on lego ideas, everyone would buy it. These mechs are so good looking and amazing, all the techniques you used to make them are just amazing. Thes are all such high quality and I think everyone would love to buy it! (Especially me) Great work as always chubby! Also, quick question. Will there be a mecha Godzilla?

The wing build though I thought your going to use a huge Lego wing piece but you completely made it out of bricks and it came out really good

But that is just Mothra's thing. She constantly dies in the Toho series. But she is also constantly reborn. If the Legendary series continues beyond GvK she will come back.
