This person's clearly good but I don't think this animation alone qualifies him as a head 3D animator at all. I generally don't get why people are so easily impressed by KZfaq videos, people act like someone should be a director, an important Disney animator or whatever else because they made good KZfaq videos. The industry has people that are just as good and probably better.

May I just say that the dialogue is very accurate to the characters? Spidey’s quips are on point, and their delivery was awesome too. Also love the little eye squints Spidey does.

sound design needs work, but otherwise this is the most impressive lego blender animation i've ever seen. You captured the way spiderman moves really well. And I love the "pew pew" guns.

Honestly I couldn't tell if they were placeholders or if they were intentional but the sfx are so anemic yet believable that it ends up being really comical, if they're intentional I wouldn't change a thing but it would be just as cool with more cinematic sfx too

Sound design makes the legos seem like actual legos. I hate how lego games always bend the limbs or have realistic sounds because it removes the immersion

The animation is so good and feels just like an actual high budget Lego movie! The use of bricks for motion blur effect is absolutely genius. Even using some pieces in place of Spidey’s leg when he was doing the iconic pose on the traffic light was just so smart. You’ve definitely earned a sub

Even if they had the rights it wouldn’t matter because Spider-Man is a Sony/Marvel property that’s why we saw the justice league in the LEGO Movies and not the avengers so it would be Disney/Sony who would make this.

WB no longer has the license to make LEGO movies, anymore. Universal recently acquired the licensing from The LEGO Group.

This is an amazing animation. The way you make the legs and arms pop off to imitate a bend of the knee or an arm rotating. All of this is just so well done. I would definitely watch a lego movie or show in this sort kind of animation

I wouldn't mind if the lego movies looked as good as this. Just a perfect balance between lego and reality. Loved the animation too, cant imagine how long it must have taken. And the 3D models were just off the charts.
