Two Words: Palpatine's Arrest. That scene was great and they really missed an opportunity not putting it in the other games.

Correction: The LEGO Firetruck is actually used in the game. You can find and drive it in the New Lego City bonus level.

Actually they do say in a new hope that the exhaust port was ray shielded. DODONNA "Only a precise hit will set up a chain reaction. The shaft is ray- shielded, so you'll have to use proton torpedoes"

This game is a master piece. I used to play it on the wii and I still have it. I also love how they included Indiana Jones as a playable character in it and how Han Solo was playable in the lego Indiana Jones game. Best crossover of all time.

I love how lego games are improving over the years but I personally think they where better when they where more simple.

The thing that I hate about these early Lego games was how small the range distance to switch characters was.

We need an "I am the Senate" level for the Skywalker saga

My favourite thing about Lego Indiana Jones was how you could find Star Wars characters to unlock Han as a playable character. And they are all themed after themselves in someway

I remember when I was young, I had a dream that there was a custom level in LEGO Star Wars 2 that had its own geometry set in Cloud City. What happened was there were 4 stormtroopers, with 4-LOM as a boss character. Afterwards, you had to enter an escape pod, and the level ends. I remember that dream as if it only happened yesterday.

It wasn't until very recently when I played The Complete Saga again that I realised something I don't think the game ever tells you. If you delay your attack input by about half a second in between each strike, you get a different attack animation! And I believe it does more damage (?). It has some kind of glowing effect and makes a different sound. Chances are you've probably accidentally done this a few times if you've played the game.

Lego star wars tcs was the first video game I ever played, I remember when my stepdad brought it home and we played through all of the phantom menace in the first day! Overall I think I've played through the while game around 5 times, the most recent being a couple months ago, this game will always have that special place in my heart!

2:04 Funfact: This white rope is on the back of the CD case displayed as it is in this exact location but the final game has vines instead of the rope. I searched for a long time for this rope when I was a kid and thaught that it was a secret location.

6:58 i played that level in the bonus level and i can confirm it is the most irritating, frustrating and tedious level in the game. I am happy it wasn’t the official level otherwise imagine kids crying because they can’t complete the levels and dads crying even more for this evil level

The disco ball in the episode 2 hub is in the final game, you just need to use a force wielding character to activate it.

That disco ball effect actually is in the game :) I think you had to use the force on the tables or something to activate it. No idea why that level just has it active forever tho, lol

The original version of gunship calvary was actually easier than the version in the complete saga, since you didnt have to worry about those annoying tow cable bombs I prefer the original

Play as Mace Windu and Kit Fisto to defeat Darth Sidious (Senate). Episode IV: Search for R2. Play as Luke Skywalker (Tatooine) and look for R2D2 who went missing. Episode V: After a Wampa. Search for Luke as Han Solo (Hoodie) and Rebel Friend. Episode VI: An old friend. Make your way through the swamp of Dagobah and find Yoda to complete Luke Skywalker's training.

I really wish Boga and Indiana Jones levels were still playible

There was Anakin's Flight and Bounty Hunter Pursuit. Everything else was some weird rough draft that isn't worth considering. Things that I was expecting to see: Gungan and droid battle, Obi Wan vs Jango Fett in space, Mace Windu vs Palpatine, and Yoda vs Sidious.

This brings back so many memories

I just want a level where we get to play as Mace and the other Jedi and fight Palpatine.

These levels should be available in the Skywalker saga as either a DLC or as a bonus (and Lego Batman two is the only LEGO game I've ever completed)

I used a floppy disk when it was still actually a floppy disk, and thought the smaller harder version was was amazing when it came out. I even remember punch cards and giant tape machines.

Pretty much most of them are just old versions of modern levels but I wish there were these levels that were cut out. for example Palpatine arrest

There's so much potential to see more moments and events from the grand Skywalker story to be seen as levels in a future Lego Star Wars game, mine would be Phantom Menace's Tatooine Darth Maul encounter, cause that fight is cool and was meant to be longer and for the potential for a Lego Star Wars level would be amazing, I can imagine it starts in the town as Qui-Gon and Young Anakin leaves his mom behind and begin the playable map with against the Sith Probe Droid like in the deleted scene except not just being destroyed in one blow and instead be a full enemy encounter with multiple Droid Scout Probes to fight and have that followed with Qui-Gon and Anakin leaving town to eventually getting to a boss fight with Darth Maul with some help by Obi-Wan where the level ends, if that doesn't sound hype, I don't what is.

The boga chase would've been hell. But fun. Fun hell

For years I thought that the R2 picture was a blue bulldozer on a white background because our tv was so small.

This game was there when 2 Xbox 360s died. The first one was a disc drive stoped, it had been going out, but I was putting it in, and I accedently closed it before I put it in. I was checking for an update for the force awakens. The second time, the screen would ripple, only with this game. It red ringed 1-2 weeks later

I recently bought pretty much all the Lego games i don’t have for Xbox while I’ve waited for these games and oh my the memories

As someone who only played the original lego Star Wars games 3:13 kinda blew my mind

I want a space level based on when Obi Wan follows Jango and Boba into the asteroid field and they attack obi wan. And maybe even a mini boss battle between the two ships.
