I’m definitely getting the New Republic E-Wing Vs Shin Hatis Starfighter since that will have 4X VIP Points and is set to retire. My only concern is if the 4X VIP Points sale is for In Store only. I hope it’s for both In Store and Online since I’m gonna be ordering my sets online.

Im in a huge dilemma what to buy.. i want sets that i can display, and sell if i want later. Im thinking about the R2D2, becouse of Malak. I think he will sell for a good amount later. But i cant figure out what the other one should be.... What would you chose guys?

i be picking up that Tie Interceptor day one, it has always been my favourite SW ship. and with all the free bonuses it makes sense to get early

I am wondering what are some good buy combos up to 160$ ? Could one of them include R2D2 with something else, or another buy with ghost and fantom or the gunship ?

personally i love the r2 so i was thinking that and the super star destroyer. But the r2 might be a personal buy not investment since it’s probably not retiring this year but you never know with the special anniversary ones.

Mos Eisley Cantina is 445 dollars for me on the LEGO shop, Is this worth it considering the promo gifts and 4x points? I can get it for about 340 dollar in local store.

Based on the response I've seen online, I'm guessing the GWP will go for as much as $80 (once they sell out).

I'm not sure if that currency exchange info has been released yet. I would expect something like $USD 160, 150 euro, & 140 pound

Is the UCS Venator set to retire at the end of this year? If so, I might decide to pick it up during this May 4th event.

UCS sets stay around for 3+ years

UCS sets have usually been 2.5 year shelf lives the last few years. The Venator isn't on the retirement list and since it's still selling strongly, it's unlikely to move onto the list.

As far as I know, the "MSRP" of the GWP ($29.94 USD for the Droid Carrier) is deducted from the refund.

As long as you don't go over limits on the paid items, there should be no limit to the number of orders you can make!

You should but lego may Crack down this year, fine print says no but last year I got multiple, safe bet is make extra accounts

Do you think it has long term potential… like 10 years from now? Due to a sheer lack of production? I would think it would at least 100 in 10 years just because of limited supply.

Both retiring this year, both may not be discounted further, so they're both solid choices for 4X points

@David-jo2wr I don't mind them as long as they arnt price gouging ..when you are charging hundreds of bucks more than the item cost that's crappy....I don't mind paying an extra 50 bucks or so for an item I couldn't find otherwise...when you think about it alot of these actual * stores * are resellers....anybody who sells a product that had no hand in the production are considered a reseller...whether if they charge 1 dollar extra or 500 extra.

@@mattrobbins1237I don’t think the distribution network that works directly with Lego can or should be compared to private individuals buying a product with the intention to sell later for at their markup. By definition you’re not wrong but there is just too much nuance between an eBay seller and Walmart to go into in a KZfaq comment section.
