Watching the way Orlando Bloom naturally talks and expresses himself, I think he enjoyed as hell playing Will Turner. Not to say he didn't do a fantastic job as Legolas (because he did!) but I think characters like Will are more in tune with his inner being. He's doing awesome.

Orlando Bloom said that his best character in life has been Legolas, he has a very special affection for him. I don't doubt that he didn't enjoy the others but Legolas changed his life.

i love how Legolas and Orlando are polar opposites in their mannerisms . The former is this mostly stoic, calm, loyal, loving but has this sort of cold aura around him where the latter is just a personified warm puppy :')

@@DevoneBrieWie_8797Amrn Definitely no. He had to shave his whole hair for Black Hawk Down. Just search for “Black Hawk Down behind the scenes”, you will see that Orlando was bald then. Not to mention the fact that the BHD filming started in March 2001and finished filming in June. They stoped shooting for Lord of The Rings in 2000 December. So no, you are completely wrong.

I love hearing actors talk about their roles and how their thought process went into portraying the character. It takes so much creativity and skill to really understand the character, and seeing actors having fun with their characters always makes me smile

Yes, the elves are indeed supposed to be exactly that -- beautiful. That is how they are described in the books. I think Orlando did a good job of that -- I mean, he had to live up to Orlando as his off-screen name.

Legolas charecter has super strength and healing factors but he doesn't use it. He used just his smart tricks and weapons to fight with enemies without touching the opponents.

I think he may have used a bit of his super strength to pull the bow string back so quickly and so consistently, but yeah, part of the reason he is so badass is how he deadly he is without having to lay a finger on his enemies

I adore when actors are so inlove with their characters and will always have a special loving attachment with them for the rest of their lives and never get sick of playing their characters, Orlando is so attached to Legolas, Johnny is so attached to jack sparrow, miley is so attached to Hannah Montana, Colin is so attached to mark darcy, Daniel is so attached to Harry Potter…the list goes on…I just love when actors consider their characters as their best friend and will always put their heart and soul into everything for the perfection and outcome 🤍

Legolas never forget, since my childhood 'til now my favorite character in LOTR and the hobbit accept dwarves I enjoyed every fighting scene of leggy now I know why gemli and leggy is closed but always competing with each other in LOTR when I watched battle of the 5 armies I love how he helped thorin gave back his sword to save him and noticed that legolas is the prince of the elves and thorin is the prince of the dwarves then he became a king.
