Taal Teentaal/Tritaal is most commonly used and practiced taal of Classical Hindustani Music.It has 16 total matra (or beats) divided into 4 sections of 4 matras each. It can be performed on Tabla as well as other percussion instruments as well. It's symmetric structure makes it easy to understand and practice and thereby is used in various performances. I received a request about slow hand movement on DAGGA, but unfortunately, I couldn't locate the original comment. Therefore, I am posting my response here. To improve your hand movement speed, I suggest practicing the GHE GHE and KE KE exercises for at least 15 minutes every day with lehra ofcourse. Start with a slow pace and gradually increase your speed based on your stamina. Consistency is key to achieving noticeable improvements in your hand movement speed. All the very best!
