A bit of a ramble about my thoughts of the M11 and why I traded it in for a Q3.

I have a M11 and a Q2. My M11 has also been free of any issues. I only bought the M11 because the Q2 lens is so big which makes it harder to pack in a non-camera bag. I like the M11 very much but I think I take more of my favourite pictures with the Q2. I’m still in two minds about whether or not to trade the M11; it seems such a shame given how good a camera it is.

I struggled with the same thing. I definitely want to have one again or the next iteration if budget permits.

I spilled coffee cause I missed the drink and it went from my mouth all over my M11 and lens. Soaked up as much as I could with my shirt after the spill and it seems to be working fine till this day. This was around xmas last year.

You can feel that the cameras and lenses are solid…one of the things I love about the Leica cameras. What I was trying to say is I was concerned with the range finder needing alignment

Enjoyed the video mate. The Olympus pen is class. I still use my old film cameras over on my channel. Never owned a Q but the Q monochrome has my attention!! Mostly an M shooter here. Where you based mate ? Cheers

LOL @ the M without a rangefinder. they'd have to call it something else because whatever that camera is would cease to be an M

True! I don’t care the name…the form factor and the use if those tiny lenses is what I’m about. Merging Leica optics and today’s technology…
